I just signed up to Snovio and was having trouble connecting my Zoho Mail account. Fernando was really helpful and guided me every step of the way until we were able to resolve the issue.

What makes a great company aside from their products, is their customer service and how fast they resolve needs.

Best deal on the market for cold emailing. AMAZING support. Never had an issue with their support. Always fast, even if you don't have the highest plan. I just wish that enriching the data with external tools and putting it back in was not such a pain. Also, the preview emails for testing that you get sent are different than the ones that are actually getting sent in the campaigns. I found a few bugs that way, which I hope will get fixed soon. (reported them recently)

Zenoviy solved a major problem for us. He was patient, attentive to detail, and fully understood the issue. He also came up with a very smart and effective solution. We really appreciate his support.

I signed up for this platform for the first time, and my account was immediately suspended with a false claim that I had multiple free accounts. To make matters worse, I was blocked from contacting support to clarify the situation.

This is completely unacceptable. Suspending accounts based on false information and preventing users from communicating with support is unprofessional, frustrating, and shows a total lack of regard for customers. I have never experienced such poor treatment from a company claiming to offer professional services.

If you value your time and sanity, avoid this platform until they fix their reckless account policies and broken support system.

Better than many other sells tools i have tired. Data is much accurate than many other platforms.

Very helpful and responsive, even when I have had very specific questions regarding functionality. Also, I love that (i) someone is always available 24/7, (ii) they respond quickly, and (iii) they work as a team to get questions answered in a timely fashion. Excellent support.

I'm genuinely impressed with Snov.io. The platform is impressive, easy to use, and clearly focused on getting your emails delivered. Not only are the core features (Email Finder, Verifier) powerful, but the deliverability tools are top-notch. The support for setting up DMARC, custom tracking domains, and the built-in warm-up feature are essential for successful cold outreach. If you want high inbox placement, use Snov.io. Five stars for an excellent tool!

I had a really great experience with snov.io and Valeria as my account manager. Very helpful and patient. Explained things very well and could answer all my questions. I just started my journey with snov.io but i have tested many other tools. The overall experience and customer support is awesome!

Cons
- Email writing studio is not very good
- I've had glitches of the software just completely deleting entirely finished email templates that took me A LOT of time.
- The lead finder is very inefficient and will return on average 25% useless leads. I have numerous lists of targeted lead searches for specific industries and the average per list is 25% of the used, verified leads are unusable. They refuse to acknowledge this and will not give more credits to accommodate.
- Expensive given the above cons listed this product would be more appropriately priced at around 60% of its current price.

Brilliant tool for businesses and their customer support is amazing as well. Haven’t had any problems so far and really enjoy doing my email campaigns now. Definitely recommend.
