Fernando was very helpful when there was a glitch with Snovio. It was a very good experience.

I registered, paid, and set up everything – only to have my account instantly suspended right after payment. I wasn’t even able to use the service at all! Despite providing all my information and payment proof, they locked me out due to so-called “suspicious activity.” Complete waste of time and money. Very disappointing and untrustworthy experience!

I am new in the Reach-out business, but Snov.io and the service they offer fits perfectly for me. I am happy to have found this solution.

Overall Very Good.

The email warmup, user interface, campaign builder are all top of class. The customer service as well is absolutely amazing you can get someone in a chat to help you in five minutes or less always.

The one area that needs to be improved is the AI studio. At first glance it appears like what you want but after some use and gaining a greater understanding of optimal email marketing it does fall short, particularly in two areas;

1. It does not optimize for email length and almost always produces cold emails that are above the ideal 130 word maximum.

2. It has virtually no options for creating follow up emails. The emails are always designed and worded as initial outreach. Relying heavily on human editing to give them continuity.

It is far better to have a third party AI that you can train to write the the emails, then import them over to the campaign builder.

Devs if you read this and implement fixes for my feedback this is easily five star software.

This is a scam service , its very intentionally designed bad and the language used is to mislead, you cant get for instance unlimited emails, they charge you a credit for nearly everything you click on and its token based to extract as much money out of you as possible waist of money and time and is useless. Avoid at all costs.

I had my first call with customer service. She helped me improve my snov account in order to have better results from campains.

I've been using Snovio at several workplaces for 7+ years throughout my career. It's great to see how their platform keeps pace with industry developments and adds useful features. Never felt the need to search for alternatives.

Recently, I also had an opportunity to go through the full onboarding process for the startup project I am currently building. The experience surfaced some inefficiencies in communication between their Sales and Implementation teams, but nothing critical. The call with Yuliia Zotikova regarding account setup and LinkedIn automation was super-helpful.

I would give 4.5 stars if the platform allowed.

Exceptionally good support for a solid product. I got everything set up super quickly and it just works.

Daniela was very friendly and super helpful throughout the onboarding. She guided me step by step, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood properly. Really appreciate her support, it made getting started with Snov.io very easy and comfortable.

We’ve been using Snov.io for our outreach campaign, and unfortunately we experienced a major technical failure that hurt our reputation.

Without any action from our side, Snov.io’s system resent the same email campaign to the same group of customers. This caused confusion, made our company look unprofessional, and even triggered bounce-backs because the recipients’ servers flagged us as spam.

When you’re running client-facing campaigns, reliability isn’t optional — it’s critical. This kind of glitch is unacceptable for a tool that positions itself as a professional-grade outreach platform.

We reached out to their support, but the fact remains: trust, once lost with clients, is very hard to regain. I can’t recommend Snov.io unless they fix these systemic issues and take accountability for errors that directly impact users’ reputations.
