I enjoy growing my business with Snov.io.

Inten Academy аnd me as CEO Andrey Spodin is expanding its influence on the market, and one of our strategic goals is to boost our B2B direction. We reviewed several platforms that could help us and intuitively chose Snov.io, because the website seemed to be just what we needed, providing a lot of additional information, videos, and text that will help us in our work. We know that there would be a few technical issues and difficulties along the way, and we were confident that they would help us overcome them. After the initial introductory meeting, we decided to sign up for the three-month package, as this included a specialist who would provide us with implementation support and consultation. We have now had two meetings with our supervisor, Daniela , and we are very happy that she is working with us because she is very attentive and professional. She keeps records of our meetings, and the team continues to work with them, and every step brings us closer to generating a large flow of customers and, accordingly, a flow of money into the company, because we are focused on providing value to many business representatives, both as a business product and as a product for personal or family use. Already in the first month of has helped us generate the necessary base to start automating, and we have already created our first funnel. Now we will test it at each stage of this work. Daniela lends us her shoulder and gives us a helping hand, and I sincerely want to praise her because when a person does good, it should be noticed, it should be said, and I am grateful to her. Because that's what my heart tells me. As a business owner, coach, trainer, and mentor, I understand how important it is to respond to even the smallest needs of your subordinates, to feel it, to keep your finger on the pulse, and it's great that we have Daniela. Our next step is to build a fully automated funnel, so we decided to purchase an additional service from LinkedIn right now to expand this opportunity. This is one of the ideas that Daniela suggested to us. The most important thing is that we have an idea of how we can do even more, and Daniela is suggesting this direction. Yes, here, no, there. Her expertise allows us to do this, and that's the most important thing. Every day, I get new ideas from the newsletter, if I can do it here. And we are actively developing. We would like to become a good, cool, wonderful case study, such as the implementation of this programs, and with the support through the service, through such responsible employees, through curators, this can give good results.

Snov.io customer onboarding

Snov.io customer onboarding was made smooth with the help of Valeria. Despite the limited time, she resolved all my doubts and provided answers to all the questions that I raised and helped me with the basics on how to start using the software. Their support team is also prompt and direct in their response, helping me with the ease of use of the software. Overall, a good experience.

Fernando Sabino Goes is the best…

Fernando Sabino Goes is the best customer service guy on the planet! I had so many questions and he was super nice and helpful and solved ALL my issues. I had just signed up and was lost but he definetely sold me on Snov.io. I had 2 previous chats before him and I was ready to try something else so he needs a raise for saving you guys!!! ; )

Loses replies, does not track emails, developers wont fix?

Warning: if you plan to use this tool, manually check every inbox yourself. We run about 10 inboxes and have to check each one daily. Without fail, there are legitimate replies the system does not “track,” so leads get ignored.

Example from today: it missed multiple replies. Some messages it did catch never showed up in the person’s account, which breaks the whole workflow. Net result: it is effectively useless unless you have time and money to burn.

Support has not treated this as urgent. The bug has been around for more than six weeks. They have acknowledged it and say they are “working hard to fix,” yet they are busy launching affiliate programs. You only get access to external support agents who are polite but repeat the same lines day after day, week after week.

My recommendation: look elsewhere.

Great Experience.

The response time after the first auto welcome message was fast. The rep was polite, timely and helpful. I encourage her to keep up the good job and would give her another set of five star if there was any!

Snov.io is not a product I would…

Snov.io is not a product I would recommend in 2025, I personally tried the "free trial" and experienced zero results.

Snov.io reviews: I went through them all and can tell you a majority of them are induced by Snov.io or those with a monetary interest in Snov.io

It's unfortunate that when a company like this finds an opening to flood reviews about their products, they abuse it. Anyone can clearly see, even on trust pilot they found a way.

Chances are if you're willing to spend on Snov.io , then you've already marketed yourself crazy. Give it time, to work and by all means don't use WordPress, unless you want to give your business away.

May I suggest reading about SEO in 2025 on a site with no ads or trackers I find good information there Sacred SEO.com is a good source to help you see you're already awesome.

Remember, when all the five star reviews have a common keyword, then they're most likely promoted nefariously.

If I could give them ZERO STARS I would

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would.
I don’t usually write negative reviews. Even when I’m unhappy with a service, I typically just move on. But because Snov.io positions itself as a high-quality company, I felt it was important to warn others: that reputation is not deserved at all.

Snov.io has been one of the most frustrating and unhelpful services I’ve ever used. Every interaction with customer service has been a waste of time. I’ve received inconsistent answers, no real support, and the same recycled links to videos or articles that don’t solve anything.

When I still couldn’t resolve the issue, I was told I just wasn’t being “patient enough.” I have spent days—not hours—trying to get help, and nothing has been resolved.

This platform is supposed to support businesses and make things easier. Instead, Snov.io has only made things harder, more stressful, and downright infuriating.

It must be nice to operate like Snov.io—collecting payments while providing no real value or concern for whether your customers are actually benefiting from your product. I’ve gotten no support, no resolution, and absolutely no reason to recommend this service to anyone.

The Snov.io team is doing it all right. The product is far superior to the competition - domain monitoring tools, delivery, reliable reporting. They also don’t charge you more for features like CRM.
