Snow drop dentist is a very welcoming surgery. Everyone is so nice and patient with there clients. Im a very nervous patient. They told me everything they were doing step by step. They even offered to hold my hand. I would 100% recommend snow drop.

I recently had dental implants done at Snowdrop Dental Clinic and I’m very happy with the whole experience. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and caring from the first consultation until the treatment was completed.

The clinic is very clean, modern, and well organised. The dentist explained every step clearly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. The treatment went smoothly and the aftercare support has also been excellent.

I had a full set of crowns fitted at this clinic in 2022, with a stated 5-year guarantee and an expectation they would last 15–20 years.

Within months, multiple crowns began failing — repeatedly de-cementing and cracking. I returned to the clinic in September 2023, at my own expense, to have them fix the issue. Despite this, the problems have continued.

Since then, I have required ongoing emergency dental treatment in the UK across 2023, 2024 and 2025. Independent UK dentists have confirmed the crowns are structurally compromised, not retaining properly, and showing fracture lines. Photographic evidence has been taken.

On one occasion, a crown came loose while eating and I nearly swallowed it, creating a serious choking risk. As a result, I now have ongoing anxiety every time I eat due to fear of further crown failure.

Despite multiple formal emails invoking the 5-year guarantee and providing full documentation, the clinic has failed to respond.

I now have over £735 in documented remedial costs (with further treatment required), alongside disruption to my business due to repeated emergency appointments.

This is not a minor issue or bad luck — this is a consistent pattern of failure over several years, including after the clinic had an opportunity to correct the work.

I would strongly advise anyone considering treatment here to think very carefully and ensure they understand what happens if things go wrong.

Following this review, the clinic has now made contact and we are currently in discussions to resolve the matter.

I had a really great experience at this dental clinic. From the moment I arrived, the coordinators — Tahira, Gulyar, and Inna — were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Their support and kindness really stood out.

The dental team was just as impressive. Dentist Furkan was very professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I was also treated by a lovely lady doctor whose name I unfortunately can’t remember, but she was equally caring and reassuring throughout.

The clinic itself was clean, modern, and well-organized. Overall, I felt very well looked after and comfortable during my visit.

Excellent patient-oriented clinic. Friendly staff. Professional team. On the first visit, they put in crowns and implanted an implant. On the second visit, we will put in an abutment on the implant. The doctors are very tactful and attentive to all the patients' complaints. I looked 15 years younger and left very satisfied. The patient managers are top-notch professionals! They booked a hotel for me, provided a transfer from the airport to the hotel and back, as well as daily from the hotel to the clinic and back.
