After a long search for dental treatment, I chose Snowdrop and couldn't be happier. The process began with a phone consultation where I received an estimated cost and confirmed my appointment. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and quickly attended by Dr. Kardelen, who explained the procedures and answered all my questions.
I had 12 dental implants installed with no discomfort, along with a temporary denture that looked amazing. A year later, I returned for my permanent crowns, and throughout that time, I experienced no pain—quite a change from my previous experiences. My new teeth look natural and beautiful!
I highly recommend Snowdrop and their team to anyone considering dental treatment. Thank you, Snowdrop, for giving me back my beautiful smile!

I recently visited Snowdrop Antalya Dental Clinic and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and empathetic. They truly cared about my well-being, fully understanding that dental treatments can be daunting and uncomfortable. But here, it was different – the doctors were exceptionally gentle and attentive. Believe it or not, I almost fell asleep twice during the treatment! That’s how comfortable they made me feel.

What I appreciated the most was the way they explained every step of the procedure in great detail, which really helped put my mind at ease. They ensured I was fully informed and reassured throughout the entire process.

Another highlight of my visit was their professional advice regarding achieving the most natural smile, even though I was considering a "Hollywood smile." They guided me toward a result that looked both stunning and naturally suited to my features.

Dr. Kardelen is doing dangerous things, so before choosing this clinic, think about your health. I chose the clinic based on reviews for implantology and selected this one because the implantologist, Dr. Onur, had the highest recommendations. And I was very satisfied with his work on implant placement. But what happened afterwards was shocking, a loss of health and huge financial costs due to the unprofessionalism of Dr. Kardelen. It was she who made the impressions for the crowns, and then installed them. I immediately felt that something was wrong, as I already had experience with crown installation on implants. Kardalen was completely indifferent to the extreme pain she was causing. She just kept repeating, "It shouldn't be like this." Indeed, such pain shouldn't have been there, and it should have concerned the doctor, but she paid no attention to it. Furthermore, she flooded my mouth with water in such a way that I choked and couldn't breathe, and she was annoyed that I couldn't sit still. Her unkempt hair constantly fell onto my face. But that wasn't the worst part. It turned out that the crowns were made completely wrong. A good doctor would have noticed it right away, but Kardelen saw nothing and literally forced the incorrect crowns in. Subsequently, I discovered pieces of the crown breaking off, and the crowns themselves became loose and rotated around their axis two weeks after installation, but the clinic also saw nothing alarming. As a result, my gums were torn to shreds, I couldn't eat solid food for over half a year, and severe inflammation began. Three independent doctors, including a forensic expert, confirmed that this was the result of incorrectly made and incorrectly installed crowns (all agreed that the implant surgeon did his job well, and that's why I didn't have to undergo jaw tissue restoration surgery). At the moment on May 2024, I have already spent 1,700 euros on partial restoration. And a full restoration will cost apx 15,000 euros. The Turkish clinic refunded me the cost of the crowns minus bank fees, so I received less than we agreed upon. Now I face further treatment for the coming months, and maybe even years, as I cannot afford all the required treatment. I am in shock, my health has suffered. Beware. I have all the supporting documents.

The clinic is the best in Antalya, my husband and I are very greatful that we found it. The staff there are very friendly and professional. Both of us couldn't be happier with the amazing dental care we received. I wish all the best to the entire team, especially Dr. Kardelen.

The details of the process were explained very well and realistic. They paid attention to my need/taste and did everything to get the needed results. I felt like in a familiar place there. I want to thank to all of their team for the great service and for being very supportive throughout the week I was there. They have free transport from airport to hotel and the clinic, they also booked the hotel for me so i didn't have to stress about anything.

I had my emax veneers done in November and couldn’t recommend this clinic enough! Iv had no problems since having them done and the only thing I would change would be to of got them done sooner, I put off for so long fearing dentist but they can’t do enough for you making the experience so much better and less stressful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Staff was full of enthusiasm and clearly enjoyed their job. The service was provided very well and everything was fully shown and explained. The place itself was very nice and made you feel very comfortable from the first seconds of being there. Their communication is very good and even with the time difference the replies were quick. I 100% recommend and want to get the rest of my family there aswell.

I’m guessing that Snowdrop Dental Clinic is the most professional dental clinic with fantastic customer care and service that exists anywhere in the world let alone Turkey. My wife is the most nervous patient and every care including sedation was given to her.
The results are amazing. She loves her new teeth.
Whilst there I had 3 implants including an old veneer that had gone basically rotten and ended up needing a bone graft and sinus lift. It’s so nice having a full mouth of teeth again.I haven’t breathed through 1 of my nostrils for most of my life. A side effect is I can now breathe properly.
Once you’ve been X-rayed Kardelen sits down and discusses your options. I was so reasured when she said I only required 3 implants and a filling. I expected that the clinic would recommend having all of my teeth replaced and upsell.
The care and attention shown by Kardelen and her team and family was world class. There was no charge for some additional procedures that were performed. The price quoted included all transfers between the airport, hotel, and clinic.
Honestly we couldn’t be more pleased.
