What a mistake I made landing on this website. Find the same product at a reputable vendor outside of China.I placed an order mid Nov. and received no confirmation/order # but my card was charged. A package did arrive weeks later. The item was hugely oversized. The website requires an order number to start the exchange or return process. There is no phone number on the website, so I used their online form. It kept rejecting my submission, so I later found an email address. By Jan. 5 someone finally contacted me by email. After many exchanges, she found the order number. Finally - one full month later, she asked if I would like to exchange the item for a smaller size. Two days later, the same person said she would not exchange it or offer a credit. It was too late. Yes, because it took them 2 months to get to this point.

I really like this hat/helmet! There's nothing else like it anywhere. I live in Colorado where the weather is either very sunny or snowy, so this is perfect for me. It keeps my ears warm and blocks the sun or snow with the bill. The hat is of very good quality and I also wear it on its own.

I ordered blue snow mittens. They came in mint green. I have to pay return shipping and a 10% restocking fee when it was clearly their fault.
I am even more angry with this company after reading their reply. It took them 10 months to reply which is just before the next Christmas season. My receipt has been double checked and it clearly stated I ordered blue mittens.
Not a reputable company to deal with!!!

I read the size chart and ordered what would fit me. Turns out to be too small. I asked if I could return for a size bigger and they said no. No customer service at all

very nice vender. great quality of goods, very friendly communications. for the people giving 1 star review complaining about partial refunds, i just don't get it. for international businesses, any refunds would have to take out custom fees and shipment fees. the host never said full refund either. i am very satisfied with the quality of the items
