So many choices and styles. I got one of the baggy pants and wear it every time I riding. Got tons of compliments and questions; where to get them. I ended up buying everything from this website. You pay cheaper but the more quality you will get. I would recommend to everyone on slope 🤙🏼

Never responded to my request of a refund I had requested a refund and emailed there support team just for me to get an automated email that it didn’t go through they won’t accept my request to refund. They also never said it was from China and it had been said it would arrive the 24th and arrived the 27th and I wasn’t able to use for my ski trip DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE ONLY REPUTABLE PLACES

Received ski pants for my teenager and they were huge (yes supposed to be baggy but they were huge). There is nothing about returns on the website and so I had to email them. They sent me a reply that it would be $15 for a return shipping label and a $15 restocking fee, as well as no refund- only store credit. I am not saying there wasn’t fine print that I didn’t say but there is nothing on my receipt about no refunds. Make sure something will fit before ordering!!!

Really love my snowears outerwears, top quality, fit are awesome. Best value for money, look are very original too.

***Update*** After a long back and forth they finally refunded my money, but I had pictures and proof of no delivery, and it was still difficult. But again they did refund 100%..ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE company. I paid 170 usd for a pair of snowpants and they were delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted snowears they said to contact the shipping company and that snowears couldn't do anything. once I called the shipping company they said to get a refund from snowears. All said I'm out 170 dollars with no snowpants and snoweears just said sorry. Absolutely terrible NEVER BUY FROM SNOWEARS

I love the style of their snow pants and jackets. Quality is pretty good. Waterproof and breathable. The shipping is fast. Their customer service is very responsive too.

Unfortunately, I was late in seeing these reviews and so do not recommend this store. The item, which turned out to be a huge size for my daughter - I sent it back immediately. It was not easy and unusual when we are used to simpler procedures in Europe. However, a few weeks later I was sent a photo with a refusal to accept the goods allegedly because of stains and even a small cut on the ski pants. They refused to change the size and I asked them to send the pants back to me. Surprisingly and inexplicably, there were no stains or cuts on the pants that were returned to me. It's ABSURD when you can't just change a size in a few weeks! Soon I will celebrate a month since I was supposed to get a refund for the jacket. maybe in China this quality of customer service is normal, but for a European customer it is horrible.

You sent me pants with holes in them and are trying to blame me for it. We couldn't physically do this due to the nature of the cut, considering that my daughter wore them once in front of me, after which we immediately packed them up and sent them back. And considering the long delivery time, for some reason you decided to shift the responsibility to the buyer.
The way you handle returns is absolutely unacceptable for a European consumer.
I've been waiting for a refund for the remaining goods for several weeks now.
And if they want to return the goods to you, buyers need to know that they will have to fork out about 100 euros for return shipping.

Not only did they collaborate amongst departments and update my order, they discussed sizing with me when I emailed them and the size update fits perfect! You can't go wrong folks, if you don't know just ask them. You will have to wait about 10 days for delivery, but if you plan for that, then you will have a good experience with them.

Bought a hoodie jacket. It’s nice and baggy, and quite warm. I really like the design, too. Perfect for the coming winter season.

I was a little hesitant to order from Snowears because based upon some of the 1 star reviews on this site, I was concerned I would never receive the jacket I ordered. I am pleased to report that we received our order today, and not only did it actually arrive (my number one concern), but the status updates also allowed me to track the package as it left China and made its way to the United States. Considering that it came from overseas it was pretty fast (I ordered a winter jacket 11/4 and it arrived 11/16).

The quality of the jacket I ordered is also excellent. There is a powder skirt, hood that fits over a ski helmet, pockets for a ski pass and other items, and sleeves with thumb holes so you don't get snow up your arms. The materials seem great (though my son has yet to wear it outside the house since it only arrived today), and he says it is very comfortable.

I highly recommend ordering from this company if you are willing to be patient and don't need your item for a couple of weeks.

They’re amazing. They carry a lot of brands and the quality is great! They have good customer service as well. Just be careful on their sizing bc I believe they’re Asia sizes so sometimes it’s smaller than US. I literally measure myself to make sure it’s the fit I want 🤣 you can’t go wrong with snowears!

Just received my NANEND Baggy pants and I can't wait to take it to the snow this season. The quality is great and got it on sale. Thank goodness I followed their sizing since they ship from China and shipping can be expensive. What surprised me is that Chinese companies are upping their game to be competitive and I'm liking it. I suppose it is that way to compete with the cheap Temu. Can't wait to go out to board with my friends.
