Doménou naší nabídky je orientace na individuální přání zákazníka a kompletní servis. SnowTrex zajišťuje pro své zákazníky ubytování a skipas. V mnoha střediscích je možné si vybrat mezi četnými nabídkami ubytování v několika cenových kategoriích. Kurzy lyžování/snowboardingu a vypůjčení vybavení je u mnoha středisek možné přiobjednat jako extra službu. V těch největších lyžařských střediscích jsou k dispozici i delegáti zájezdu, kteří pestrým programem přispějí k příjemné dovolené a spokojenosti našich hostů (účast na zábavném programu je dobrovolná). I asked for hotel in wolkink distance…
I asked for hotel in wolking distance from ski arena and hotel is out of civilization and roud to hotel must be pay 20€ every retour. It was very unprofesionality!!!

Main service is good, help line works great. Small things to be improved Snowtrex should still improve the web
Snowtrex should still improve the web, especially coming back from some details delete the search.
Help line was helpfull, operators were both skillfull and gave me the answers to my questions.
The time for confirmation of the reservation could be shorter, though the final result is satisfactory :)
