Steve did an excellent job at doing our bathroom in our new extension, he has a great eye for detail and is very tidy I would highly recommend him , we are also using him again to tile our balcony he has done a fantastic job it looks stunning

Steve did a fantastic job in our en suite, working around other trades, suggesting materials and working to a tight schedule to create an area that looks amazing and we're really proud of. I couldn't recommend working with him more highly.

Incredible! Where to start… we had our bathroom floor tiled as we had cracked tiles, Steve wasn’t our cheapest quote but we had heard about his excellent reputation and had to go with it, the quality, the finish, the attention to detail was absolutely outstanding! Along with the tiling Steve fully insured all areas of my house were covered with plastic rolling and dust sheets he also left my house spotless before finishing.

We had a relatively small job to be done but it ended up being quite challenging. Steve gave us advice about the tiles we needed and came up with solutions when the tiles were difficult to cut. He is a friendly knowledgeable guy. He communicated with us frequently and was turned up when he said he would and we were happy to have him in our house.

Steve did a great job on my limestone kitchen floor. We had the original limestone tiles laid just 3 years ago by someone else when the extension was done. The existing tiles were moving, grout flaking away and generally looked awful. Steve look his time to understand the issue before relaying. He made sure they were fully dried out, primed and put ditra matt down. This has put me at ease that the same issue won’t happen again. This attention to detail has left me confident that the job has been done right this time and the finish looks fantastic. As it stands I will be booking Steve for my bathroom re tile next year.

I was originally looking for a tiler for a bathroom refurbishment and was recommended Steve by the tiling supplier. He came to assess the space and, after a thorough discussion about the project, offered to carry out the entire refurbishment — not just the tiling.
When we couldn’t get the tiles we initially wanted, Steve suggested a great alternative and added thoughtful design touches to enhance the overall look. We’ve been absolutely blown away by the result.

From start to finish, Steve was professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in his work. He managed everything — from plumbing and electrics to tiling and finishing touches — coordinating the project smoothly and keeping me updated at every stage. His attention to detail was exceptional, and he took real care to ensure the final result was more than we envisioned.

From the very first meeting, I found him to be an honest and trustworthy tradesman. We felt completely confident leaving him with our keys while we were away, and he completed the project in our absence without any issues.

The quality of workmanship is outstanding — everything is finished to a high standard, and the bathroom now looks even better than I’d hoped. The mitred tile edges are beautifully done and a testament to his skill. Steve also identified a water pressure issue and recommended replacing the hot water cylinder, which he arranged and managed with results that exceeded expectations.

He was tidy, respectful of the space, and completed the work within the agreed timeframe and budget.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Steve for any bathroom refurbishment or similar project. It’s rare to find someone who combines such undoubted honesty, skill, professionalism, and reliability. Thank you, Steve, for creating our dream bathroom.

Steve was excellent. Very thorough, very professional, polite and put me at ease.
I moved into a house with a wet room floor that unfortunately tilted away from the drain instead of towards the drain.
Puddles that the ducks would love.
The whole floor had to be lifted, the concrete had to be removed and relaid with the correct angles so that it all drained away correctly.
To say l was nervous was an understatement.
He reassured me at every stage .
I love my shower now
His tiling is exceptional.

Steve has recently tiled my downstairs toilet flood and also did a replacement broken tile in my kitchen and I am extremely happy with the work. He is a perfectionist and has completed the work above my expectation. Will definitely use Steve again for future work at my property
