The communication with Adam has been exemplary. The speed of delivery is great, particularly when I underestimate by one pack - it was next working day delivery. Quality of product is excellent and so easy to install. So glad I found these!

So glad I found these tiles online, they look fantastic and are so easy to work with. The plumber fitting my bathroom has never used them before and he is super impressed. Didn’t order enough and had to get another box. Went on Duma’s WhatsApp site and spoken to Adam on Friday and delivered today on Monday. Super excellent service and a brilliant product..

The bathroom wall tiles and trims are of exceptional quality, and a pleasure to work with. Also, the instructional videos on YouTube explain how to prepare, tile and finish your project with ease. Perhaps just as important, the vendor's communication has been a delight. Why can't more business' be like this? Duma Tiles is a company I am happy to recommend and will be back when it's time to refurbish the ensuite!

Definitely Recommend! Really surprised (because they were great value!) how good these are. Feel like stone, but super thin. You can work them with a stanley knife or jigsaw, so super versatile and easy to use.
Kitchen splashback and floor done with them and them - the only issues were my DIY skills (or lack of) and not ordering enough - even with this Adam was super helpful and quick to reply and respond

Great company and very quick delivery, which as a fitter is very important. Easier to fit and cleaner than tiles. Easy to contact the company through WhatsApp. Overall a durable and hygienic alternative to tiling. Would definitely recommend this company and will use again.

Having been in the trade for 41yr now and done alot of tiling i decided to try this product.Cannot fault it easy to install and my client was super pleased with the end result.Adam was a great help on advice needed and I will be installing alot more of these for sure.10/10.

I decided to replace a bathroom and looked at porcelain tiles and then Dumatiles. I went for Dimatiles after asking for advice and then they not only gave me advice via Live WhatsApp chat they sent me videos showing what to do. I ordered them and they arrived really quickly and look better than I thought. Thank you to Adam for all your help.

Order was delivered very quickly forgot to add the trims to the order i used the whats app chat lat in a sunday night! Didn't expect a reply til Monday morning however I got a swift reply and my issue was sorted within 10 minutes. Never had customer service like it!!! Brilliant!!! Our tiles came wrapped like little babies! And the trims arrived a few days later!

Let me start by saying that I do rate this company's products. I work for multiple letting agencies and am responsible for around 600 properties. I have started recommending the wall tiles, particularly in bathrooms due to the low maintenance for landlords and tenants.

What lets this company down however is the delivery company they use. The customer service, particularly on WhatsApp has been ok - quick responses and apologies but I have warned them multiple times of the issues as a result of using this delivery company. All of these have fallen on deaf ears and as a result, I will no longer be recommending this company until the delivery company is changed. Someone like 'Palletways' or 'Amazon Freight' who are much more reliable.

Main issues with this delivery company:

- a delivery slot of between 8am and 6pm - as a contractor, I would not be on-site at 6pm
- No delivery updates available throughout the day
- No phone call to advise an ETA
- Delivery to completely wrong address
- Missed items from the delivery even though they 'apparently' tried to deliver the items on the same day as the rest of my order????????? But no phone call/update or anything.

All of which put me behind and cost me in terms on labour and client dissatisfaction.

You may wonder why I do not rant at the delivery company rather than DUMA - but they decide to carry on with this company and upset me and my clients.

Adam sorted out issues fast and efficiently deliveries were as requested. product was easy to install and looked absolutely brilliant
