So easy to order!!
Would highly recommend.
Ordered a cushion in about 10 minutes as process is so easy. The hair of the person on my cushion was covering the writing in the tshirt when I submitted the order but clearly they fixed that for me as when it arrived the writing was clear to read. This extra detail was really appreciated. Furthermore, within two days the order was on my doorstep. Just a really easy seamless process!

The item itself was great but I emailed them as soon as I made the order to change it slightly and no one got back to me. So I got the original order but not the one I really wanted. Not great customer service.

TERRIBLE IN EVERY WAY
What an insult!! Ordered the cushion with dog photo.. what a cheap and tacky item it is! Yes the image is my dog but the quality is atrocious ! Tried emailing and calling and using their contact us page but no response. Now i have to claim back via my bank. I am sick to death of these scamming people! And i know they can contact me as they soon email me when they wanted me to make another purchase

Zero customer service
Order included the gift box which wasn't included in the order. I've been chasing a response since Saturday (now Thursday) and haven't even received an acknowledgement. The cushion is of good quality and cannot fault that but the lack of customer service and failing to provide the gift box (charged me £5.99 too) is poor to say the least.
