Absolutely the worst company to work with! THEY sent the wrong pillow but because we were traveling and did not pack it with us to take a picture, they will not honor just sending a corrected one. Sent it late to begin with, but also sent the wrong one. totally ruined my daughters Christmas surprise that she had saved up for. Customer service is also rude. BEWARE! This company is a scam!!!

Pleased however disappointed that they are no longer printed on both sides anymore. Preferred the Snugzys I’ve ordered previously when they were printed on both sides rather than now when are only printed on one side and the back plain black. Not so effective 😔

Absolutely terrible service. Placed an order, a couple of days later received an email asking to send the photo again and then nothing. Despite several emails asking for updates, I got absolutely nothing back from them. As it was a Christmas present I was left without a gift and with no explanation, despite ordering more than three weeks before Christmas. I ended up having to email yet again to cancel the order, still no reply. With no other way to contact them, I had to raise a dispute with my bank in the end to get my money back. Really shocked at how bad their service was and still no explanation from them. Would advise to shop elsewhere.

My cat sadly passed away so I ordered a pillow using his photo. When it arrived, I was absolutely over the moon. The image on the pillow is crystal clear and it’s exactly how I wanted it. Having this pillow is such a massive comfort to me as I miss my cat so much every day.

Hi, I bought one of your plushies December 30th and it took until January 7th to ship. Although it has been stuck in the “original post is preparing shipment” pre-shipping in the Netherlands for 6 days so far even though I bought expedited shipping. Hopefully the plushie ships soon so I can give a review about the product, but so far the extremely delayed shipping has interrupted that.

The item I bought hasn’t arrived well past the date it was supposed to. No tracking information available and despite emailing repeatedly I have not received a single reply. Atrocious customer service. Sorry I ever dealt with these clowns

Avoid this company at all costs. Having previously purchased a few years ago their products have gone significantly downhill. They now only print on one side (previously it was both), there isn't enough filling with the legs left loose and flapping about, and the overall quality feels like that of a company looking to cut corners to cut costs. Finally, their customer service is non-existent. It took them three attempts to send the right product to me having sent me two dolls with a random bloke's face on it. They have no customer service number to call and they don't reply to emails. I eventually got through to someone by messaging through Instagram. So very very poor and really disappointing. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Very disappointed. Picture is blurry and what is worse, I tried to cancel order yet nobody got back to me to process refund. Two emails to chase but nobody response. Stuck with a rubbish teddy not even fit for my dog.

I ordered a full length create your own pillow, not my idea of a present but the girlfriend really wanted one .
Considering they supposedly specialise in creating customised pillows I was amazed to see when I opened the package basically a black pillow with no picture definition just a blurry dark mess ,
There’s clearly no quality control or any form of pride in their products before they get shipped out ,
I’d of been better off going a bargain basement shop and buying a black pillow.
What a waste of space in my bin during the Christmas period .
Don’t waste your money here you would be just as well off drawing out £40 and watching it coming out the other end of a shredder as you would get more enjoyment from it .

I was very disappointed when I received my order. I couldn’t be bothered to send it back due to Christmas delays. But when opening it the material felt very cheap and was not worth the £30 spent.

You sent me the wrong thing and ignored three emails after I reached out to you.
