Accidentally ordered 5 of the wrong packs, emailed & they switched to the ones I meant to order without impacting the delivery time frame. Fast responses on email & threw in a free pack of Pablo’s on top of the 10 packs I ordered. Amazing customer service & will be the only place I buy from now!

All I can say is wow. I've ordered around 5 times now, and only have been let down once. Two packs were either broken/out of best before and less than a day after reaching out they already offered me replacements. Purchasing and receival of the Snus was all perfect I cannot fault, the actual snus itself isn’t what is described as. The order:107771 consisted of several high strength pouches. Upon usage of these they didn’t take effect, on multiple people as well some even on non nicotine users. Every product received had this same effect where the strength is not as strong as intended so. I ordered 2024 October additionally and experienced the same issue however never mentioned anything, upon second order i felt to express my views. I have tried to contact support however I’m not sure if it was received. It’s a shame these products don’t take the effect they have done on myself and several friends. If a response can be provided - or i need to resend another email id appreciate this greatly to consult the issue. Thank you for swiftness in purchase and delivery that i cannnot fault.

Ordered from Romania, parcel got returned by customs due to import restrictions (not the seller’s fault). Unfortunately, I’ve contacted them via email, WhatsApp, and website but haven’t received a reply in days. I’m still waiting for a refund, even though their policy says refunds are issued when parcels are returned by customs.
Will update this review if the situation gets resolved.

Super quick delivery time, excellent packaging with a nice haribo gift, great communication on delivery updates via email with no unnecessary spam. They have a fantastic product selection with something for everyone - really can’t fault them! First time purchasing and would definitely order again and recommend to others :)

I’d been buying snus from shops until I discovered this site and I wouldn’t look back, by far the cheapest snus and the delivery is so quick.

I’ve ordered and received next day every single time without fail.

They include a little pack of sweets and stickers in every order and I even cheekily requested 2 packets (one for my Mrs🤣) and to my surprise they put 2 in! *EDIT* I’ve ordered 3 times since without mention of the sweets and they’re still putting 2 packs in- unreal customer service to remember me🤣

Pretty good delivery time, everything as expected, even got a sticker and some haribos. Decent experience just wish there was more of a selection on the site, especially for weaker snus since it's basically all strong snus.
