SnusDirect was great

SnusDirect was great, but I never got my product because UPS in Costa Rica, acting on behalf of CR Customs, wouldn't let it through without a lot of paperwork, time, and money. Not worth it so I abandoned the package.
The reps at each company were great, though and this was a trial run of sorts.
Disappointed, though, as I wanted to try the product.
Also, I'm disappointed that I couldn't send the snus to the US or Canada, but that's because of the respective governments, I suppose, not SnusDirect.

I ordered a bulk order about a year ago with delivery to the US that went smoothly until a few of the cans had broken pouches inside that essentially ruined the entire contents of that can. When I contacted customer service, they were very accomodating and offered me a 25% off my next order voucher and confirmed that i could use it anytime with no expiration. Following the ban on several brands, i have used alternative solutions for the past few months but then went back approx a year later to place another order and asked customer service to renew my discount code and received generic responses that ignored my actual request. Bottom line, they are not a trustworthy company and i will never order anything from them again.
