Ordered wrong size, no reaction to my Mail.

Edit: After my Rating on Trust Pilot the answer came quickly. But they can’t help me they said, even if the Package Wasn’t opened. I will order elsewhere in the future.

Edit 2: I opened now one of the snus box and some of the pouches are Open. The contents are scattered throughout the package which is just annoying.

I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent order and my overall experience with your store.
1. Packaging Quality: I ordered 10 cans, which I expected to arrive as a single, factory-sealed roll. Instead, the outer wrapping was completely torn, and the cans were scattered loosely inside the shipping box. It looked very unprofessional and poorly handled. Is there a reason why 10-can orders aren’t shipped in their original sealed packaging to ensure they stay organized and protected?
2. Bulk Options & Discounts: I noticed that there is no specific option or discount for a 20-can order. My monthly consumption is approximately 13–15 cans, so a 20-can bundle (two rolls) would be the perfect 1.5-month supply for me. Currently, the jump from 10 to 30 cans is inconvenient. Adding a 20-can option with a corresponding discount would be much more practical for regular customers.
3. Product Variety: Compared to other retailers, your current selection is quite limited. Many popular items found elsewhere are missing from your stock. It is much more convenient for a customer to be able to buy everything they need in a single order, rather than having to shop across multiple websites.

Fast delivery & fresh product (no old stock)

Really simple and easy order. And it arrived in less than a week. I was not at home during the delivery so they left it as a UPS check point. The check point was only a 10 minute walk from my house and the pick was super easy. I would highly recommend I felt really safe ordering from them and they kept me informed through the whole shipping process. I will definitely order again
