My order was held in Customs and returned to the sender. When I contacted them, they told me I'd get my refund when they received the order. Once the order was returned they did not send me my refund or return my emails

Came as said on time quick delivery but snus was all melted stuck together not sure if this was from warehouse fault or poor packaging but to be fair it was hottest day of the year and my Royal Mail package was boiling but even so I got product that wasn’t as wanted but not enough to complain directly just not sure id use them again great price though

Didn't deliver good that where bought,then accused me of lying about it,really bad attitude towards fixing the situation,had giving them 3 working days to resolve the issue, again I had to contact them regarding the situation, continued to say iv missed placed them or my wife had,after I had told them the postman had giving me the parcel,I was never really bothered about it, just wanted what I paid for,made me feel like I was a thief, will never use again and I recommend staying clear of this company.
I had told them to keep the refund as it was worth the £11 quid too see what sort of company it was.

Brilliant personalised service. I've ordered from Snus Vikings before and my delivery arrived fast without delay and the product was fantastic.
The second time, there was a slight stock issue. However, this was not a problem at all. They personally contacted me clearly explaining an issue- a service I haven't experienced with anyone else before. The issue was quickly rectified with them suppling the stock they had, and explaining the rest will come a day or two later.
This clear communication from Snus Vikings is 10/10 and puts any worries at ease. I'd recommend anyone to use there services. I personally will be continuing to use them for future orders.

Amazing company. I was hestitant at first however once i placed my first order over a month or so ago it arrived within 2 days.. 2nd order it arrived next day.. i just placed a 3rd order today.. i always buy 5 cans as they give a little discount + free 48 hrs tracked delivery which is amazing! I have only ordered from them since.. fingers crossed i have no issues with the upcoming order i just placed as i dont expect there to be issues as i never had one before. Terrible service ! I ordered snus one week ago, 15 cans, and i did recieve an order confirmation, but then nothing since ! I've tried to get in touch with them for 3-4 days now, and gotten no response !! I'm from Denmark, so some delay was expected, but the no response is a absolut no go ! So now i've ordered my snus from another website and want my money back from Snus Vikings ! Never using this website again !
