I ordered a bed and the payment had failed But I hadnt noticed , When contacting customer support I was helped by Demi. It was efficient , fast and extremely helpful. Happy to have had such a great experience.

I cannot tell you enough to avoid this company. Multiple parts do not fit. My baby is due and I cannot put my crib together. Its been a week trying to have this dealt with. I finally received the part to replace the first one with a problem today and now there's another part that doesn't fit. I've cannot express the stress and upset caused. There is clearly 0 quality checks done, echoed by the faulty snuzcloud I was sent by way of an apology. I wish I could upload photos to trustpilot. Do not buy.
And now they aren't manning the phones despite it being in their office hours and the weekend is coming up so for the next how many days I'm faced with the stress of what the f do I do now?! I don't drive. I can't afford to replace this this month. I am not okay and do not need this kind of stress or upset this close to the birth.
Can I also just note how lacking in compassion the first agent was that I dealt with, Ben, who didn't even apologise on behalf of the company.

We love my son's Snuzkot, he has slept in it since he was 6 months old. He is now 2.5 and we have added the toddler rails.
On putting the bed back together, with the toddler rail. The screws pierced through to the other side! Making two holes on the outer side of the cot.
I contacted Snuz customer care, and was contacted within the hour! I spoke to Ben Harvey, who was very helpful. Once I had confirmed what screws I had used and shown photos of the damage.
Ben has requested that a new part be sent out to me.
Thank you Snuz, I'll be purchasing the bed extension in a few years!

I contacted snuz due to a issue with a snuzpod 4, i was served by demi. who went above and beyond in resolving the issue. the product itself is perfect, we chose it for the extremely soft cozy mattress, which was so much softer than other bedside cribs. i cannot recommend snuz their products and their customer service ( Demi) highly enough.

When I first ordered a cot for next day delivery, i received an email the next day saying my payment was rejected and my order cancelled. This was after they had already sent me confirmation that the order had gone through. Customer service was no help when I called. I placed the order again for next day delivery, the next day I hadn’t received any sort of delivery notice so I called and they said it was delayed. I desperately need this cot because my baby is coming home from hospital this week so they said they’ll get it out for me. Two days later DPD asked me where they can leave the parcel if I’m not home, I designated a safe space. DPD did not leave the parcel there, and said it was because the vendor specified that parcels cannot be left in a safe place. It’s now going to be delivered tomorrow to a pickup point. My baby is coming home today! Why advertise next day delivery if you’re not going to do it?! And why not tell me that I can’t designate a safe space, I would’ve made sure someone was home from the hospital then. I wish I’d gone for another company now, this whole experience has been awful.

Outstanding customer service from Georgina. We purchased some items from a local company a few months before our nursery was ready to be completed. Fast forward a few months and we realised that some of the parts were missing on the Snuz changing table dresser. The local company supplying the Snuz items had now closed due to financial difficulties. Our only hope was to contact the manufacturer for help. Georgina replied to my query. She was very sympathetic and understood our worry of the missing parts, as we would not be able to use the Snuz changing table at all without the parts available. She replied back, offering to supply the parts at not extra cost. We are incredibly grateful and we thank her for going above and beyond and getting this delivered to us free of charge.

I ordered a snuz baskit from them on the weekend and was given next day delivery which was great as my baby has come early. This still hasn't arrived and when I called customer services they have told me my order hasn't even been sent!!! I am absolutely disgusted by this as why advertise something you cannot offer! My baby still has no where to sleep so now I have to go out with a newborn and buy a Moses basket. I am very disappointed and upset and I also wanted to say I understand this is not customer service and they were very professional and polite despite a very angry me.

Very impressed with the customer service! Had an issue with my SnuzPod - one of the metal poles was stuck to the screw during installation. Emailed the customer service and the issue was resolved instantly - Demi replied to my email within a few hours and had the spare parts sent the next day. Much appreciated!

I contacted customer services and Ben got back in touch with me. Unfortunately it was regarding parts of the snuz pod I had received being damaged, however Bens very prompt response seen replacement parts be sent very quickly.
I accidentally requested the wrong replacement part and again Ben replied very quickly and got the correct part sent. Excellent, customer centred care.
