Really helpful customer service. I’d ordered a bundle with a mobile. The first one was broken so I was sent a replacement. That was the wrong colour so I got back in touch and I was told I could have a replacement straightaway.

Bought the Snuzpod 4 - some stitching was wrong on the bassinet so made it impossible to build. Emailed on Monday and had a new bassinet set by Friday - outstanding customer service with prompt replies (all within 24 hours). All built now and looks lovely, can’t wait to use it.

From other reviews I have now read, receiving faulty goods isn't out of the ordinary. We received our babies cot with parts missing. We contacted customer services that required a lot of information to deal with the issue. We sent photos of what was missing and received an email to say replacements had been sent. We were happy with the resolution, however when the parts arrived they weren't the right parts even with a photo of what was needed? So now we have no bed for our baby still, and for the price I have paid for this product I'm really not happy and expect a hell of a lot better.

The Snuzpod I have (an old model) turned out to be from a batch that had an upgrade released. I contacted Snuzpod not expecting it to still be available this many years later, Demi dealt with my query, they replied incredibly quickly and the free upgrade is on it's way to me already (a day later). Very friendly, helpful and quick customer service, thankyou Demi!

Great customer service, they were really helpful when I placed my order on kiddies kingdom website and sent me all replacement parts.
So I have Snuzpod 4, which is fine, but honestly we don't use this much. We have Snuz Skandi furniture set and it is just awful. It was a greatest mistake that I chose this furniture set... So when it came to building up a cot it was a nightmare as all parts not sit properly with each other and I had to ask Holly and Rosie from customer service to send me another parts, and to say, lots of parts was changed. Again, customer service was as brilliant as it could be. Ok, so with another parts we managed to build up our snuzkot skandi, but it still has a big hole underneath the cot, where lattice connects to the cot base. I just didn't have any more power to rebuild this cot and to ask for another parts to be shipped to me, as it was my last weeks of pregnancy and literally more than a half of cot parts been already replaced... We haven't used this cot yet, but the quality is awful... Moving to a wardrobe - it was easy to build it up, but once we began to use it, the handles just went out and it is impossible to put this back, so we had to use a glue to put it back, the same happened to a changing table drawers - handles just came out after 3 month of use. So overall, I wouldn't recommend to any of my friends to buy furniture from this brand, as it is not sturdy, it won't last a long time and it will cause inconvenience to a new parents. Very bad quality, don't repeat my mistake.

Really pleased with both the product and customer service. We bought a Snuzcot 3.5 years ago for our first child, who has used it as a cot and a bed but now out grown it and pass it onto our newest arrival. Not only is it still going strong but I had lost some of the screws to turn it back into a bed and they sent me the replacements in a matter of days. Really pleased and am sure it will last another 3+ years.

I recently purchased a Snuzpod 4 and it came with a faulty screw. I emailed the Customer services team at Snuz and they got back to me straight away confirming the issue and advising on how they could fix it for me. They sent out a replacement screw immediately. I spoke with Holly from the team and she was great in her communication, providing fast and clear responses to my emails which really helped to resolve the issue quickly. I would highly recommend Snuz and their Customer service team, and will continue to be a customer in future.
