Very very bad service. After ordering via the website's very unusual and antiquated system, I received communication only when I prompted it along with some dubious contradictions. I am now pursuing whatever legal options available to get my money back. AVOID.

Ordered a stylus as a Christmas present…
Ordered a stylus as a Christmas present and then a few hours later I was received the invoice and paid. Five days later I receive a nonsensical email which after emailing back to ask what it meant I found out was that my ‘in stock’ item was no longer in stock despite saying it was on the website and receiving an invoice. To be fair, the money was returned to my account within 24 hours, but there is no way I can source another stylus before Christmas.
SN vinyl tried to steal £800
I bought an expensive gift for my husband at over £800. After months of no reply’s to my emails for a refund and no delivery I had to claim from my bank.
He is a fraud.
Even if this bozo sometimes posts some orders, for the sakes of what’s good don’t use this theft.

I am not sure whether this guy is just uber busy or plain inefficient/sloppy. Orders a Im pex pressing and was told it was back ordered, carried on for a few months on backorder. I asked for a refund which was taking ages so I requested it via credit card. I was then removed from his sign in. The following day the Impel pressing appeared on his site as in stock but at a much higher price which leads me to a suspicious conclusion Do not be tempted by this guys low prices, the service is truly appalling

Ordered a SACD and a month later it still hasn’t arrived.
This guy thinks he can just take people’s money and walk off with it, kept saying item is held up at customs and will be posted, I’ve asked 3 times for a refund and keep getting a reply that the item will be sent.
Now gone to my bank to reverse the payment seeing as he thinks it’s okay not to refund people. Disgraceful company ran by Scott Nangle, should be investigated and shut down by the authorities. Avoid the hassle people this guy will just rip you off !

Speaking from my own experience only, I found the service from SNvinyl to be excellent. Admittedly a little antiquated system to pay and minimal communication, but the vinyl I ordered arrived in just over a week in superb packaging in absolutely perfect condition.
Don't use
I have ordered vinyls three time from Scott Nagle Audio, and two times they have been packed very nicely, they arrived in a sleeve and in time.
I was not sure why I was seeing all the negative reviews as my experiences had been great.
Unfortunately the third time I made an order (30/10/2022), I was told that the items were meant to arrive by December.
It's now the 28 of Feb of 2023 and I still didn't receive any of the items.
The communication with the seller is very poor, they rarely reply to emails (an average of 1 out of 10) and with very limited information.
I asked for a refund but they didn't even consider it. I am still waiting.
Avoid
I ordered a MoFi SACD which was showing as “in stock”. The payment section of the website did not work. Instead I received two email reminders to pay, and a marketing email to which I had not signed up.
I paid and seven days later I received a two line email without greeting or punctuation from "alex nangle" to tell me that he's had "three on back order for nine months".
I asked Scott to cancel my order, refund my credit card charge and send me an email confirmation that that has been done. As I had not heard anything back by the 24hr deadline I had set, the next day I contacted my card provider and initiated a chargeback.
Nine days later the SACD arrived. I called my card provider and reversed the chargeback. The card issuer told me that when contacted by them Scott Nangle had told them "the item has been delivered". To quote the card provider, "he lied to us".
He also wasted a lot of people's time.
NB: According to Companies House SN Vinyl Ltd was dissolved via compulsory strike-off on October 20, 2020.

Ordered MFSL1-505 on 11 June 2022 and order was delivered 10 days later. As I've said in previous reviews, I have no issue with waiting a bit long to receive a well packaged album from a supplier who doesn't take the proverbial with his pricing.

Ordered vinyl that was listed for seven days delivery and stayed listed for this time for another two months.
I started a visa dispute and the day after it was given I got a shipping notification.
When I informed them that I’d got a refund, miraculously they could get the shipping company to return the item.
It’s a Shame as they had a couple of records I haven’t seen listed in other places and would have ordered. Probably not in stock though.
Buyer beware.
Found record for £5 less same day I got refund.
Vinyl selling should be an easy business. Not for these though.

Great comms and great service, was apprehensive due to past reviews but emailed ahead of my order and the service was prompt and great, took the punt thinking it would be fine and it was! items arrived packaged well and as described... would go to again 100% (and probably will shortly)

I had concerns prior to buying two Blue Note Tone Ports after reading some of the reviews but really shouldn’t have worried. Records arrived in high quality packaging and in pristine condition! Highly recommended!

I ordered an LP not available elsewhere in the UK and 7 days later I have it. Exceptionally well packaged and in perfect condition. The only reasons I have not scored 5 are: awkward purchasing process and zero communication after purchase (not even a despatch notification). Having read the reviews on here I had resigned myself to losing my money but in this case, No. I am a satisfied customer.
