Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear you have found our 80% Goose Down Pillows to be too firm for you.
It can take a few weeks to get used to a new pillow, especially if you have used a softer pillow previously.
We've listened to customer feedback and appreciate how difficult it can be to choose the right pillow, so have made enhancements to our website to help with this.
We have recently launched our Pillow Finder - a tool that helps you find the perfect pillow.
We have also created new pillow firmness videos that are designed to showcase how our best-selling pillows respond and recover to your head whilst you sleep.
