This is a quality product, and medium firm as described. I bought a pair to replace old feather pillows that were relatively flat. This new pillow is so full that only one pillow is required as a side sleeper. It did take a while to get used to, as it is much firmer than my old pillows but it does offer good support. I like the fact that you can reshape it to the correct height for you.

Beautifully packaged and arrived on time. I found I’ll need larger pillowcases as the standard size didn’t give the pillow enough room, especially when plumping up. I ordered the medium but maybe should have ordered the soft. High quality product though.
