Ordered the pillow for neck and shoulder pain and after 3 weeks of using them, did not really contribute much. They bounce back to shape when not in use but goes really flat when you’re lying on them.

We purchased these to improve my partner's sleep health, and for him it's done the trick. He's happy with the pillow, sleeping better, and likes how it plumps up. I'm still on the fence. I like feather/down pillows, but for me, this pillow loses it's plumpness far too quickly when I put my head down and I don't find it particularly comfortable or supportive, which surprised me. The materials seem to be good quality otherwise, and I like the size (larger than the previous pillows, our standard pillow cases did not fit). The information that came with the pillows advised they'd need airing before use which we did overnight, and we experienced no issues with the smell.

Lovely full pillows. Needed to buy box pillowcases as the standard pillow cases keep the pillow form too much which means the down cant move, which made it firmer. Got the box pillowcases and the pillows are excellent (medium firmness)
