Never received this item. Was told it was shipped and due delivery but then I had an email stating my refund had been processed. Rubbish service.

This protector does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is definitely waterproof, it has been tested a few times! It is nicely padded and makes the bed very comfortable. Despite being waterproof it doesn’t rustle or feel like it is a waterproof cover. Definitely recommend this product

Early days, but so far so good. The bed feels comfortable and there is no rustling, which you sometimes get from a waterproof mattress protector.
