Feels nice. It's comfortable to lie on and no noise from the waterproof lining. It seems a little small on the mattress but this could be as it new and needs to settle.

I am a hot and sweaty sleeper and have tried similar products in the past with little success. I am therefore super impressed with this product - I definitely feel much cooler in bed now, so am getting a far improved sleep each night. My only complaint is that I bought two of these from the Soak&Sleep website and only realised after purchase that I could have purchased them as a pair which would have saved me some money.

For the first time in ages I didn't wake up in the night hot and sweaty. This mattress protector does what it says. The protector was easy to fit with the jersey sides pulled snuggly with the elastic. There was no fight to get it to stretch over the mattress and yet remains smooth fitting.

Haven’t given 5 stars & not rated for functionality yet as I can’t comment on its waterproofing ability (thankfully our little dog has behaved itself…). I will update when I wash it in the natural cycle of cleaning the bed linen or when said pooch has a mishap… However I feel reassured as the product description made a point of saying that the waterproof base layer is not sewn through with the quilting process which could possibly cause an issue with liquid seeping through the stitching. Needed to protect a new mattress. It’s well made, quilted with a different stretchy fabric for the sides. Our mattress is a Relyon orthopaedic & very deep at 32cm. We also have a thinnish wool topper & a cotton mattress cover on it. It covers all these pretty well without too much pulling & stretching. It’s comfortable to sleep on & doesn’t move around. We haven’t had many warm nights this summer but doesn’t seem excessively hot to sleep on. We bought two (one on & one in the wash idea) at a good price in the sale. Price compares well to other protectors. Haven’t washed it yet so can’t comment on how it comes up & how long it takes to dry naturally. Will update if I can later. Hope to use with an electric underblanket in the winter but not sure if compatible. All in all a good purchase. The only thing that would be a bonus is if it came in a good storage bag - maybe I’m being a bit greedy!

The product is excellent quality, a very good fit and a good price. This purchase was marred by poor packaging, but I'm sure this must be an isolated incident unfortunately it arrived damaged and coloured my judgement. Having said that Customer Services were very empathetic and excellent, this has not put me off dealing with the company again, as they sell excellent quality products. I have still given it 5 stars.
