The duvet I bought was not what I expected, but the returns process is very easy.

I purchased a king size duvet cover from Soak&Sleep, the delivery time was quite extensive, the communication was quite good though, I did receive an email from them to say that my order was out for delivery with DPD, this got cancelled by DPD saying that there was a problem getting to my address there was no problem, anyway the delivery was scheduled for the next day, I received a notification that my order had been received and signed for by FR whoever that is, I did not receive any delivery but they did post a photo on the DPD app of my parcel by a wooden gate obviously very vague my parcel could have been anywhere, I contacted Soak&Sleep to report it as I could not get hold of DPD as when I did I gave them the correct reference number they would not accept it, soak&Sleep said someone would contact me from their investigation department as I said I want a replacement or refund, I never heard anything back from Soak&Sleep which is very frustrating as their bedding is not cheap, they will probably say that they tried to contact me they have not, I would definitely not use this company again or DPD.

I still have not received my towels which were ordered over 2 weeks ago . I rang up the company and was assured they would be delivered in 24 hours by DPD . Still no towels

I ordered some pillow cases c2 weeks ago but have not recieved any email confirmation of the order or the order it’s self. I have emailed Soak & Sleep last week but had no response. Despite all of this the cost of the pillows has been charged to my credit card! I would not recommend this company as customer service really really poor.

I returned a sheet and was ignored for weeks until I threatened legal action. Funny how quickly they found the reply button after that.

Their eventual response thanked me for my patience, which was generous of them, as I had shown none. They also explained that “it can be frustrating waiting for a refund”. A fascinating insight. I had thought the frustrating part was being ignored while they kept both the sheet and my money.

Their replies to other reviews are similarly revealing. Complaints about late deliveries are met with reminders that the order was “only two days late”, because apparently delays do not count if Soak & Sleep considers them small enough.

They also treat Northern Ireland as “international”. I would send them a map, but it might arrive two days late and apparently that means it arrived on time.

Lovely bedding. Astonishingly patronising customer service, and refunds are slower than a turtle wading through peanut butter wearing a blindfold.

Great duvet cover, perfect quality. The service however was terrible, took 10 days to dispatch.

I ordered a pair of Ivory Mulberry Silk Pillowcases. I tried them but found them very slippery and unsuitable for me. I returned them to Soak & Sleep in pristine condition. I received confirmation that they had received my return and were processing my £60 refund, which I should get within 10 working days. It’s the 14th working day, and I still haven't received a refund. I've tried multiple times to contact them, and it seems like they have set up a system to make it impossible to reach them: when you email them, they don’t reply, and no one answers the phone. Horrible experience if you want a return.

Quick service, nice products

Ordered a mattress protector twin pack when it arrived it was actually a duvet protector cover, messaged them it was an AI that’s the good bit now Monday lunchtime not heard from them so I rang twice press2 person busy cut off immediately this used to be a good company ,order no S1030823.just tried to call them again14.15 the phone said open 9-5 call back in these hours unbelievable as I said on new email to them no reply I’ll do a charge back on my card.hopefully it can be sorted soon as I have sent photos to Luke as requested and I can edit Review to what I expect to post usually excellent service

I go to soak & sleep as they have the euro single fitted sheet which is fairly rare in the UK. Have been ordering from them over the last 5 plus years. Easy to order every time but each time delivery painfully slow and I always end up chasing this up with the company. Have recently ordered and again ended up chasing delivery. Just be mindful of this when ordering.

The product is lovely (duvet set) as hoped for. However it was ordered on 6th August and arrived just 2 days ago, on September 11th. In the meantime I had no correspondence from Soak&Sleep, not to confirm purchase, nor to give notice of or explain the delay. The only communication was initiated by me to check if anything at all was happening, although I could see the money had left my account. Soak&Sleep products are great, but on this experience they could do a great deal more on the customer services front, not to mention maybe offer some small compensation. Even just a small voucher towards a future purchase would go a long way in good will when things go wrong at their end.

The delivery time was appalling- 14 days. I only got an update on why after chasing twice - no effort to apologise just an excuse and expectation to accept poor service. Had 2 or 3 sales emails between order and delivery- never once said they had delays

When I looked at the web site it seemed to say that there was a discount over the website. However when I put in the items I wished to buy, the discount wasn’t applicable to that item. Furthermore whilst their website says delivery within 4-7 working days, this did not happen either. I would be wary of this company’s discount promises.

Ordered these at end of July on pre order although I didn’t realise this at first. Stock arrived early September and I got them a few days later. The quality of the set is lovely. It feels soft and cool and yet still cosy. Delivery was quite speedy once shipment arrived. We like them so much we are considering buying a second set. Only reason for dropped star was it wasn’t made clear at first that it was a pre order although it was worth the wait.
