Love my new pillows! Could hear lots of rustling initially, but nice and comfortable. Good support for my head and neck. I was kept up to date with the order and the delivery. Excellent service and will order again from this site which I actually came across by accident. Typed in good pillows and Soak&Sleep came up.

Everything went great and product is great!

Lovely linen, minimum packaging. Sheet is just a little too deep, so making the bed with a large heavy mattress is a bit of a struggle!

Delivery was quick and products are of excellent quality.

I have emailed 4 times without response. I’ve tried to cancel my order. No one is replying. I’ve ordered many times from S&S. Initially the quality was superb but it’s been going down hill every year. Such a shame as now the product does not represent quality and certainly not value for money. I’d love someone to get in touch with me!

Excellent product, well packaged and delivered on time.

I ordered Egyptian cotton towels and face cloths. Superbly thick and soft. Excellent quality fabric and finish. Really pleased with this purchase. 4* rather than 5* due to different information provided on my order and on the website shipping tab about how long standard delivery would take. Not the quickest dispatch and delivery for the cost. Otherwise, would recommend.

Products arrived well packaged in great condition, high quality and turned out to be very comfortable! Delivered by DPD - which is great. My only qualm is that the delivery took slightly longer than expected with no updates in between - around 8 working days/10 days in total. I reached out to customer support chat on the website a couple of times to ask about the delivery status - live agents reply after 1-2 hours via email. Hope that the company can improve its customer support reply time, and the punctuality/communication of delivery timing and status. Otherwise, great products!

Worst experience ever! I ordered from Soak and Sleep hoping for a great night sleep but their customer service and delivery has been causing more nightmares than anything else. After my quilt got delayed for delivery it was supposedly delivered and left outside without prior notice. When I arrived home it was nowhere to be seen and when communicating with Luke at their customer service team he kept pushing on their 48h policy to flag issues. This is far below UK regulatory standards. The soak and sleep 48h shouldn't even come into effect until the delivery actually happened and to this day I still have only their delivery companies word. Avoid this company at all cost, they are untrustworthy and unwilling to help rectify issues! To Grace, this was order S1001110

Delivery took time - over a week - but well worth the wait. My first linen/cotton blend duvet cover and I love it! Feels like brushed cotton but it’s cool. Classic white with black stripe - really pleased.

Very smooth transaction with this company. The product, a bedspread, is just lovely and excellent value for money. Very happy I bought from Soak & Sleep for a second time and will buy from them again.
