Very good selection of beers to choose from at competitive prices! The delivery process took a bit longer than first thought but it definitely wasn’t Sobersauce’s fault! Will be purchasing again!

My first delivery since the relaunch and restructure of the beer club. A great selection in the first box to arrive, courier turned up when they said they would and goods received in great condition.

Unprompted review
Cant really ask for more in a supplier!
Initially had a poor experience with sobersauce, due to them changing warehouses i actually received different products to that which i had ordered.
After mailing the team they sent me out a totally new batch of beers FOC based on my selection.
Fantastic service and fantastic communicators, i would definitely do business again!

Firstly let me apologise for the poor service you've had. It isn't the usual service we provide and we are keen to rectify this for you. I have emailed you about this.
I'm afraid you caught us at the worst possible time. We had previously been using a 3rd party for our logistics but the service levels just weren't what we wanted them to be so took the decision in October to leave them and bring things in-house. Unfortunately our new warehouse wasn't ready so we were forced to close for a few weeks. In your case two things came together which resulted in poor service.
1. As we got closer to the end of our contract the stock-keeping by our supplier got worse and worse which meant you were able to order beers that we didn't have. When that happens we almost always contact customers to suggest replacements and agree that with them first. However on this day, for the first time ever, that simply wasn't possible because...
2. Your order was picked and sent out on the day we left our 3rd party logistics provider. That afternoon, all stock was put onto a pallet and send to Sheffield to be put into storage. This meant we had no way to rectify issues through replacement for a few weeks. I travelled the 200 miles down to oversee the pick that morning and I tried to provide the closest (or best) alternatives where something was missing. I know they weren't as good as we would have liked to provide. If we had waited to contact you it would never have been sent. We even added in extra beers as a "sorry" for sending different beers. We also agreed to refund people for beers they didn't like.
Hopefully you agree that we tried to do the best we could under the circumstances.
I am pleased to say that we are now up and running in our new warehouse and doing things ourselves. In the first week we have had zero susbstitutions and the time taken to despatch orders has halved. I am confident that our service levels, which had previously been the best in the sector, are now the best they have ever been and will only continue to improve.

Makes dry January a breeze!
Bought an assortment of non-alcoholic beers for my partner over dry January. Maybe that's cheating a bit but who cares! Non-alcoholic stuff has come a long way, he loved all of them and it let him enjoy the more social elements of the month without the hangover or stressed out liver. Would happily order again, it's nice to keep a little selection stowed away for guests too.
