Ordered a Real Madrid 1995-97 away top for my son for Christmas. Money went out but have had no confirmation via e-mail so have no idea what’s going on and if it will arrive on time! Any suggestions? Thanks

Good customer service, ordered 2 shirts, both very good quality overall happy.

Ordered a 04-05 Real Madrid jersey with Beckham on the back. Sadly it came plain, the collar is uneven(left side stitching quite noticeably higher than the other. The adidas sponsor letters touch the sponsor badge which makes it look very cheap.
I mean paying 50 quid I wasn’t expecting the full thing however it just fails to look half decent. Please Avoid

The customer service is non existent. I want to return one of two of the items I bought, but they do not reply to any emails, despite detailing their return policy on their website.

Given my current experience I would say this company should be avoided.

Ordered a mystery box for £27.99, arrived quickly but the shirt is clearly poor quality, the stitching is all out and the overall finish is poor. Given others feedback regarding returns I won't bother raising a return and put it down to a lesson learnt.

Ordered a Retro Spain and Retro Atletico Madrid top. Both were lovely however didn't fit as desired. Emailed twice to raise a return and refund of my money and have been ignored. Feel like this is a Scam!

Delivery was quick and came with all the tags and packaging would recommend 🥰

I bought a Zidane retro football top for my son and although it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive it was good quality and as described. It did however, have a stain on the sleeve and when I contacted soccer studio they said I could either return for a full refund or keep and have a 40% refund which I opted for as didn’t want to wait another 3 weeks. This was weeks ago now and despite chasing up the refund at least 4 times they have not responded and there has been no refund. Reading the reviews it appears that others have had a similar experience when a refund is due. I am very disappointed. As a single parent this is an expensive purchase for me and to not be in perfect condition was frustrating. I like to support smaller companies but this is not acceptable. I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Just be mindful if you order in case you need to return or have a problem

Ordered two shirts juventas/Lazio.
If you're looking to get a speedy delivery service then think again.
I waited 3/4 weeks for my delivery.
When they arrived I was happy with the quality of each shirt.my experience with this company is that from ordering your item to delivery be prepared to wait.. items I ordered the quality of them arived in good condition...

The shirt took 11 days to arrive which was earlier than expected shirt was very good quality and all badges were stitched and legit it came with official kappa tags and an official kappa bag overall amazing product and company

Have to say was dubious, soon as order was placed I regretted doing so as felt like a scam, item hadn’t arrived after 3 weeks and was then certain I’d lost my money. But have to say I was wrong. My son wanted a retro Kaka Milan shirt, once it arrived I thought it would be a really cheap, printed on version, but it’s all sewn on in the right places, badge, adidas logo, ‘champions league final 2007’ etc, looks top quality. Item did say 15-20 workings days which is a hell of a long time to wait so obviously ordered in from overseas, but have to say the shirt looks top class and shop bought. Will order again, just prepare to wait three weeks at least. All good

Shipping arrived at the tail of the 2 weeks given even if it's a national shipping. Sent the wrong shirt so I emailed back but no reply. I emailed again 10 days later and finally replied. Told to ship back and they would refund posting and send the correct shirt. Instead a week later got a full refund minus £2 and no refund for my posting. Emailed them about the correct refund but no reply again.
Total waste of time and money. Avoid.
