I bought the 3 day trial to test this site. I always instantly cancel the autocharge incase I would forget so I would not get charged for a full month. Every reputable company atleast honor the trial period but this site just locks you out and "Raj" from their customer service said this is their policy. This is a predatory business practice to trick people in paying for something they did not want or approve.

Absolutely horrendous company. They charged me a month's subscription fee despite not signing up for it. Then left me with a blank page when trying to cancel it. Now, as a courtesy, they give me back half the money I did not give them permission for to charge? Stay far away from this company. They are absolutely scammers.

I felt that both representatives, Joshua and Sheridan, were thorough and attentive. Their mannerisms were flawless and comforting, without judgement. I wanted some things that were not covered and they were quick to explain that it was not within their scope. Sheridan who finished the investigation, I truly believe he went fair beyond his responsibility in communication and sharing his personal knowledge and the delicate way he mastered my acceptance. In addition, although I did not present a very organized folder, of events, communication , documents and records, for the period of 5-21-2024 thru today 9-13-2024;(due to my condition and recent deaths in my family), I heard no complaints or criticisms, about this lack of organization. I hope to be an advocate and supporter, recommending the Social Catfish Team. The massive amount of material and difficult task of my case, leaves me in awe, for the amount of info I received from this team, plus the tools and information to help me move on. I paid for the "search specialist" service for a one-time fee twice. Joshua and Sheridan used all of the images and information we had available from the 2 scammers to validate the source of the photos, email addresses and phone numbers used by the scammers. The investigation was completed quickly and provided detailed information that confirmed my suspicions. The first one seemed so real and enticing and turned out to be a Pig Butchering scam. The second was also a fake profile trying to get money. Thanks to Social Catfish, They were able to remove all doubt about them both being scammers.
I highly recommend this service to anyone who has doubts about someone they've met online. Please don't believe the negative reviews listed here.
