I was initially skeptical because I tried another chatbot software where the interface was buggy and confusing.

Other companies would easily charge you 5-10x times for the same tools.

I hope they would grow and last, and continue updating new tools :)

The team lwants you happy. Lots of training to go through but worth it in the end. They listen to your concerns. Just learning this product is an online marketing lesson itself even though this is a tool.

I am delighted with the Socialnowa application. Together with the team, it has provided me with the large number of questions we have from future writers who want to publish a book with us. Someone resolve directly resolves many of the classic questions with the bot, which makes our support work much easier.

I like that the chatbot editor UI is straightforward, has functionality that can cover majority of use cases without needing custom development.

There are integrations with Facebook and Telegram, so this allows me to connect with (potential) customers easily.
