I'm testing and getting to know SocialNow right now, and every time I discover something new. The only thing I can say now is WOW, it's an amazing tool that is very extensive and offers a lot. I'm really happy with the purchase and I recommend it, because it's worth it.

I have worked with several Chatbot building companies, from Manychat, Activechat, Chatfuel... But with SocialNowa it is much more ergonomic, technically affordable (because 80% of the construction of chatbots seeks effectiveness and that the learning curve is not high), the vast majority do not comply with this, since they seek greater technification, when in in most cases it is not necessary. Secondly are the costs, they rise enormously depending on the number of users, in SocialNowa, they are affordable in this aspect as well. Young team and eager to develop, and has a team of graphic designers who are incredible, and if you don't check it out on their websites, the creative and design part is very important for something technological, it's a shame that it is only for corporate use for your company . In my opinion, you should take advantage of this opportunity to work with Socialnowa.

The product packs a lot of great features. Aside from the standard chatbot, it also allows you to create a web storefront and a Messenger e-commerce. All of these under 1 platform. There are also multiple templates making chatbot building a lot simpler.
It's really a very polished product. The UI/UX is good. The documentation is very thorough. And there's a number of video tutorials as well. So, it's easy to figure out how to get things done. I only have 1 nit-pick. When I tried out the chatbot in their documentation site to see how good it is, it would just keep silent if I talk about something outside of what it was programmed to handle. So, I'm not sure yet if SocialNowa has exceptions handling (i.e. handle user messages that are outside the normal flow).

I have been looking for options on how to make an automatic chatbot for a long time. And I found it. Socialnowa is great, looks amazing, has a lot of great features.

Lots of cool features. So far, I have only mastered the chat bot itself, but I already see that there are many functions that I will also constantly use, for example, automatic comments, automatic publication of posts on pages and groups. Support is good, they help and answer all questions.

I recommend.

I must have literally downloaded and tried everybody by everybody on the site I did none of them gave me what was looking for or the ability If you believe reading what I needed until I tried socialnowa. Thank you guys for providing an intuitive easy to use interface. I'm pleased by how easy it is to connect my accounts to scheduled posts schedule posts and to monitor the performance of my cam paigns. The bot creation process I found next to impossible with everyone else with you guys you provided clear concise in structions instructions as well as some samples again thank you guys for making my social media marketing easy.

It's quite intuitive and they have a lot of bot templates!

The tutorial videos are a bit outdated. I hope they update it soon, as there has been a lot of changes in the app.

Being able to respond to messages, capture leads, warm up leads, and lead them to a sales funnel 24/7.

The tool is loaded with lot of features (irresistible) and that too come for a affordable price tag for the small and medium business owners.

Great Manychat replacement! I really like the Visual Drag and Drop Flow Builder and Live Chat Feature.

There are many "Bot Templates" available that I can use right away and don't have to spend a lot of time tinkering with it. For example: Webinar Registration

SocialNowa is better than a lot of others I've seen and I've seen quite a few.

I needed something that was lightweight. Low learning curve and can be installed quickly without a lot of customization. This tool has provided me with that automation so now I don't have to do it manually.

- Ability to add sub-accounts and have multiple
Facebook/ IG pages
- Unlimited social posting

The best thing about Social Nowa is they take automation of these social platforms to another level. The automation templates are real plug-and-play conversation starters with realistic responses. The support has also been helpful and responsive.

The only thing I wish it had more of was the ability to use more platforms than just FB and IG. This tool could blow others out of the water if I could automate additional tools.

I'd recommend SocialNowa to anyone who's looking. Its been well worth my investment. I'm looking to double down soon!

I am very impressed with SocialNowa! I have been looking for something like this for a long time. The most challenging part of any chatbot is the initial building of the bot - you don't have to worry about that with SocialNowa because they have a wide variety of bot templates that make it very easy to implement for many businesses! The Lead Generation bot is very comprehensive, easy to follow, and my favorite. I am fascinated by the entire system, but the best part is the many templates, so you don't have to start from scratch, and that is where SocialNowa beats the competition!

Using SocialNowa Chatbot has been a great experience so far and the team has been very responsive. For me, this has replaced ManyChat. The setup was easeful and I really appreciate the templates. Feeling very happy with this purchase. Wishing the team much success, I'm here for it!

I was using Botstar until they totally fail us. Since then, I've been waiting for a deal like this.

Pros:
- Visual builder. That's a must for chatbots.
- Easy to understand, small learning curve.

Cons:
- I would like a better UI. I'm sure this will came with time.
