I love the 'Construct your own gift box' facility because it's so flexible and I find chosing a bespoke combination of gifts fun. The drop down system that adjusts with each choice is seamless.

Placed my order and forgot to change address to recipients ! Sent an email asking if address could be changed, got a quick response (not often you do these days) saying this was not an issue.
My recipient received their gift and were really happy with it. So thank you Social Stories Club.

Arrived very quickly and well packaged. The "Hug in a box" was the perfect gift - the selection and quality of items in the box is very good and was very much appreciated by the recipient.

Delightful alternative to flowers (produced unethically in many cases).

I ordered the 12 piece hamper for a friend”s birthday. When it arrived I was amazed at the hamper basket before I even looked inside. It is beautiful and is really good quality strong material, very impressive looking,
The contents are all very well presented and it’s lovely to have an understanding of where the products come from.
It makes the absolutely perfect gift for someone that has everything and is interested in substantial products, as well as loves his food !
I did also ordered hand made soap and a candle as thought that was a lovely touch.
It’s was a great idea to be able to pick the amount of products and choose from a menu as that suits all different tastes.

Terrible experience with these people.
Spent a lot of time selecting items for a hamper. Upgraded postage to 1-2 day delivery.
Almost a week later and received nothing so chased the company. They replied saying they're closed for a number of weeks.
Absolutely no notification received to make this clear.
Waste of time, energy and money.
Want to give a special social enterprise gift this week but left high and dry now.
These sorts of company's give social enterprises a bad name. Will never use again.

Efficient website easy to use from another continent and the products have been very well received by the recipients.

It was very easy to order from the other side of the world and the communication was great. I loved receiving an email very soon after placing the order, simply to check on the address and details. It felt like a nice personal touch. And the hamper, with the back stories of each product, was a great hit with the recipient which was lovely to hear. It's a truly wonderful initiative and I love being able to support such a great social enterprise.
