The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. There is no way to contact a real person. If you want to cancel your subscription you will need to go through your bank. I have received countless generic emails as answers to questions on my account. As a customer I feel extremely disrespected. Some of the emails ask for reviews, so I am following through on their request. Begging your paying customers for reviews is both pathetic and tacky. I’m not impressed. Karma.

I had to optimize several times to get meaningful results and it is better. It's more effective at gaining followers than garnering likes, but does help. I don't utilize unfollow, I think it's too aggressive of a tactic for me. I like only. All in all it's good, it does work. On the negative side, liking should be gender based, I get way too many wasted likes on the wrong gender. Also, the fact that there is NO DASHBOARD or reporting of any kind (unless you ask for it, then it's very thin data). So to get 5 stars from me, it would need gender and reporting. Otherwise it's expensive, but it does work.

SocialUpgrade is great! I honestly would give them a 5 star if it weren’t for the random liking. They like really creepy old men pictures and I’m a makeup account strictly for business. It’s a little awkward and I get not only unwanted attention and messages because of me basically liking there photos but also my friends and clients seeing me liking these photos. I wish they would fix that and only like relevant things or anything other than random old men 😅 anyways other than that I’m very happy with the service
