Socksmad were quick to deal with my issue of faulty product. Contacted them and received a response to my complaint within hours. Socksmad then replaced my entire order for free. The replacement arrived next day, so I can't fault their customer service here.

One thing I will mention (which I had emailed them about prior) is that you seem to get double notifications for every update you receive when you place an order. I placed a single order, and from order acknowledgment to delivery, received 15 emails. With Socksmad being quick to dispatch & quick to deliver, it means your inbox will be full of their emails within a day. Please fix this Socksmad, everything else is super. I guess this is the price you pay for good service!

We've contacted your company twice last week and no reply. I've rung your number today and been cut off 5 times!!! I tried every department and each time I've been cut off. Our socks are faulty and we want a refund please. Very disappointed and upset with the customer service. Want a refund please and will be contacting our credit card company today. The socks have holes in them and threads pulled.

I bought some socks from this company, but they arrived with three pairs damaged so followed the returns procedure and have had zero response since! The phone line cuts you off each time you try to phone through, eight times in a row one after the other, so my advice would be to steer well clear, this company obviously takes your money and DO NOT want to return faulty goods nor give a refund! Legalised theft in my opinion!!!!

Please please please be careful buying socks from this site. I’m early 40’s with size 12 feet. I bought 12 pairs of size 11-14 workwear socks to benefit from the free delivery. I’m fit and healthy and have fairly skinny calves. These socks are unbearably tight. If I wear them a whole day I have squashed skin all around my calves where the elastic is. The pain is excruciating and I now suffer bad circulation from the few times I’ve worn them. I’d been so please to find bigger socks (disappointed they were dearer which is frankly sizeist)… but this product is horrendous. Please take on board the other reviews saying the same thing.

Absolutely fab socks. Great price and great fit. Fast postage too. I did worry the offer was too good to be true but it really isn't. Great company.

Great site easy to use , have purchased a few things from here now over last 24 months , from socks. Leggings and kids blanket all as described never had an issue with this company , thank you

Socks arrived very quickly, and quick replies to my emailed questions. Socks a good size and seem to be good quality.
