Purchase 12 pairs men's socks
Purchase 12 pairs men's socks. Tracking number Royal Mail 3204 2798 5000 26D4 A2EF1 delivered 3/4/21. Package not found. Went to RM sorting office. Package not there. I emailed and sent contact form to SocksMad to ask is their £14.99 next day delivery guaranteed with signature and tracked. Still no response.
In the end it is not SocksMad's fault but they should offer a guaranteed delivery service with delivery calling cards at the following addresses-
customer post box too small for package
customer at new address- not on Royal Mail database
complicated numbering at customer address for RM mail person- studio flats
customer's address not secure due to anti social tenants in block
In those situations the customer simply takes the SocksMad delivery card to Royal Mail sorting office and collects the item on presentation of ID. If not the current standard delivery system at SocksMad does not work at my address.
