SCAMMERS!!!! Stop harassing me please stop calling me about a 1 star review it is what you deserve

SCAM ALERT

I was the victim of a scam, after which the amount of approximately 94 euros was withdrawn from my account, without my permission, by sockonclick which I never heard of before.

This is how they operate:

Facebook shows you an advertisement with a great deal (for me, it was a Samsonite travel bag from a warehouse located in a conflict zone in Ukraine), if you pay for the transport, worth approximately 3 euros. The ad has hundreds of responses from what seemes like real people posing with the received trollers, thanking and showing satisfaction with the incredible price they got it for. All part of the SCAM!

Because it may seem legitimate, you click the ad link, which redirects you to a page where you enter contact details, name, phone number, address, with a link to the payment page.

The payment page lookes legitimate, even secured with a green lock on the left side of the link. You enter all the card data, as with any online payment, authorize the 3 euros payment, and exactly 3 euros are withdrawn by socksonclick.com. , at that time. Absolutely nothing suspicious!

You do not receive any confirmation email after making the payment, nor afterwards! And of course you will receive no product! Instead, you will notice money being withdrawn from your account, without asking for ANY permission, and if you try to contact sockonclick, they will tell you that you have agreed to a SUBSCRIPTION than is Non-refundable, and they admit nothing about any scam. Really, who would make a subscription to buy socks???? Come on!

And now, they keep sending me mails and messages, that they want to refund me my stolen money if I write a good review about them.

This is really TOO MUCH! They fooled so many people, and nothing happens to them, they have no shame!! Be aware and don't let them fool you again, they refound nothing, they just want a "good name"so they can keep fooling other people!
I had to block my card so they can stop stealing my money! Be aware!

I wanted to cancel my subscription and Lena at the Escalation Team kindly cancelled it and refunded my money

They are friendly helpful

They are scammers! They fish my credit card info from a purchase I did, and every Friday they were charging E 36.45. They charge this amount 4 times. Total E 145.8 plus E 3.00 for postage charges. They claimed that I subscribed to their scam company, something I never did. We exchanged e mails and as they say they unsubscribed me and they will refund the E 72.90 but they will keep the rest for future purchases. I have reported them to the Greek Division of Cyber Crime and I will press legal action with my lawyer against them.

Socksonline accepted payment for a grass cutter online. This payment was forwarded to a subsidiary company in Denmark, shopweb.com, who turned the payment into a credit to spend with their company. THEY DO NOT sell grass cutters, so they fraudulently accepted my payment and are obviously operating as a SCAM. DO NOT PAY either of these companies any money, or retrieve your funds straight away through Fraud Team of your Bank. This is an update to the above Review. The Company has offered to refund me in full in pounds sterling, so I am very glad that they are acting as a responsible and professional Company.

I managed to reach their support and the personnel was persistent and has resolved the issue for me

They do withdraw a lot of money after you subscribe, however they have an agent system that is very quick, supposedly I have a refund. If I indeed do I will change this rating to 5 stars, if not, 1 star

This is a scam service. They fished my personal information and a small payment over SMS pretending to be a FedEx delivery holding my "parcel". They further used this information to create an account at sockonclick.com and use my payment as credits.

I received two SMS with my full name and postcode claiming that my parcel could not be delivered. I had to pay £2.59 for the parcel home delivery at a website impersonating FedEx. I did so as I was expecting a package from a friend indeed.

To my surprise, upon my payment, I started receiving emails from socksonclick.com saying that I could now use this money to buy socks from them.
The live agent on their website confirmed that I voluntarily created an account with them using my personal info. So they basically fished my personal information and made me pay for fake postage.

Be aware and do not fall for these scammers!

‼️ UPD: Upon publishing this review on Trustpilot, sockonclick.com contacted me over email offering a refund upon updating my review to 5 stars. I declined since the FedEx scam issue was not addressed at all and many other people can fall for it. Upon my decline, they created a fake account using my last name and left a 5-star review here saying their support resolved the issue. This is not true. Once again: be aware of these scammers.

I describe my experience. Somehow through various pop-ups, I had been charged for a subscription with the Socksonclick.com site. I wrote to support to understand what had happened. My subscription has been blocked and I am waiting for the refund that the company told me to send me. If this happens, my rating will be 5 stars, otherwise I will change it to one. Let's hope so.

so obviously i found out its a scam and i just ordered today but i emailed them several times and they answered saying they will make an exception and they have refunded all my money so i would like to thank Violet from the escalation team for doing that.
