My experience is very much like all the other reviews here. I ordered on Dec 13. Still not here. I’ve emailed them several times — no response. I can only believe at this point that it’s a scam.

I ordered this and it took forever to get here. When it did, the color was not the soft pink they show on their website and it had a huge name stitched on the back that they don't show you online. I believe it's because they are knocking off another brand. The website shows a bunch of positive reviews, but there it nowhere to actually leave reviews on their website. Obviously, they are writing reviews for themselves.

Zero stars. Reported to the FTC. Credit card charge disputed and got my money back. This outfit is a scam.

I usually won’t leave a bad review. I just won’t buy from them again, but this company is a total scam!!. Any response to an email is an automated response. Don’t even know if your items have been shipped. Tried to cancel my order still got the same automated response I’m still waiting on a package from almost two months ago.

They deserve any stars at all. I believe this company is a total scam. I ordered a blanket hoodie for my son on 9 Dec- paid extra to have it expedited so that I could give it to him for Christmas. I Never got a tracking #. It still says preparing shipment on the SHOP app. I sent an email on 20 Dec to inquire about the product. I never got a response until 27 December stating that if I don’t hear back from them by 6 Jan to contact them again. I wish I saw these reviews before I had ordered from them. The crazy thing is that I constantly keep getting advertisement emails from this company. I just called it a lost of my $60. It’s very sad that these scammers are able to get away with innocent people’s money.

Never buy from this company it’s a total scam. I ordered a sweatshirt which took a month to arrive. The sweatshirt is way too large. A return is impossible. An email has to be sent to the company. It takes them 2 weeks to reply. Then a picture of the item with a similar item that fits must be sent in. They don’t reply to that email. Bottom line—DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Returns are NOT possible!

I ordered a Hoodie in early December. It has never arrived. It was a Christmas gift. I should have checked reviews before I ordered. I am very angry and will contest this with my bank.

Terrible customer service. The product is not deliver as promised on time and there is virtually no response to emails. Also they do not send a tracking number for you to see where your product is in the shipping que. They will not respond to emails. Advice go somewhere else

Worst company ever don't buy unless you don't care about receiving your order over a month later. Ships from China even know website doesn't say that. Would recommend finding similar products somewhere else even if it is more money.

Nowhere on their website did it say the item was shipping from China or that it would that it would take more than 22 days for the item to arrive. Christmas was ruined bc my daughter so believes in Santa and this was the top item on her list. Now when it arrives, I have to return it bc I "never saw" her list to Santa and I can't hand it to her out of the blue. And it's really shady that the item I ordered has been removed from their website so I am not even certain what I'm getting bc there's no picture or link anymore.

This company is a scam. Bought a Pink Palm Puff hoodie and they never sent it. Tracking said China, then LA, and back to China. I’m in Texas. Paid $49 for a hoodie and they won’t respond to emails either. DO NOT buy from this company!

had an order for Christmas for my girl still haven't received any tracking or the item try to contact soco hoodies got no answer their email is no response will be reporting to the business bureau if I don't receive soon

DO NOT PURCHASE! Awful company (that probably doesn't really exist). I purchased a hoodie almost a month ago. They say that shipping will be between 4 and 5 days and I have yet to get an email to confirm that. They do, however, love to flood my email with spam ads and promotions. I will be contacting PayPal to return my money.

Run! Run as far away as you can from this company. Never received my order and when I emailed the company they never responded.

This company is a sham. Ordered something on Dec 11th but haven't received it yet. They keep sending emails trying to get me to buy more but little to no info about my order!
Trying to cancel and request a refund but no response. AVOID!

Do not buy from this company. I paid for expedited shipping to get my costume before Halloween. Didn’t get it til middle of November. No return label. If I return it I have to pay for shipping to China! Terrible company.

Ordered end of November, got an order number, no tracking number, emailing them is like a boxed premade email sent out when you request info. My advice is don’t order from this company. They don’t deliver your order, will be reporting to BBB.
I want to give it zero stars and warn others when ordering that this seems to be bad business promotions for this company that takes your money and you don’t get your order.

Sham company. I paid extra for express shipping. I didn’t receive the package as promised and still don’t have any shipping information. The product I ordered disappeared from the website. When I emailed customer support, I received a message that the email address is invalid. I still get promotional offers from them every day.

Agree with the other reviews as this doesn’t seem legit. I placed an order Dec 3rd for an item my niece wanted for Xmas. Screen shotted my confirmation. I realized on Dec 19th that I hadn’t received the item and began looking for emails & texts for any updates I may have missed. Nothing. I emailed the address on their site and received a generic response that says it takes them 1-3 business days to respond. The money was withdrawn from my account Dec 3rd when I made the purchase but under the name “Fountain” with “home furnishings” as the category. I thought I was ordering from Soco Hoodie?? Don’t buy anything from this site or TikTok shop.
