I don’t believe this is a legitimate company. I have not received any shipping updates or confirmation since I ordered over 2 weeks ago.

Big fat scam!!!! Do NOT purchase from this company!

This company misrepresents their location and their estimated delivery date and return policy is a scam. They are based in China, delivery date was weeks after estimate and they require you to ship your return to China despite having a California address list on their website. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Product was also poor quality and damaged in shipping.

Purchased two pairs of pjs for the holidays and never got a thing. Could not get emails returned or a refund. I had to dispute the purchase with my bank to get my money back. They should be closed down for all the problems people are having.

They don't deserve any stars don't order from this company. They say company based out of us but based out of China it's a nightmare returning what I purchased cost me 80 dollars so I got stuck with an item that was 26 days late don't buy from them

Paid for a Halloween costume on October 11th and it's now November 14th and I didn't receive NOTHING!! They are scammers and frauds DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! They're dishonest about everything! I reached out to them to cancel the order literally 1 business day later and they claimed they had already started processing the order and can't cancel it but the bs website claims to offer refunds and cancel orders!

They state they are located in the US but their products ship from China and shipping takes forever. I am on week 2 of waiting on mine even thought they state 10 days. Avoid!

I ordered a Ashoka Tano Costume on October 18 and paid extra for expedited shipping. I paid approximately $115. I expected it to come within the next week (since I ordered the costume on a friday) and it has NOT showed up. It says my order is still "placed" and has not shipped whatsoever. I contacted their instagram page, no answer. I emailed them and they did not respond for 3 days, and their response was, "if you do not get an email by November 9 about your costume, email us back"???? November 9 is definitely way past Halloween. Completely unprofessional. Their website is shady aswell. They state they have a phone number to call if you need to talk to a representative, and are available 24/7/365. Completely untrue and no phone number on their website. I should have looked at reviews before hand but I wanted a nice costume for my Halloween party and was scammed. Lesson learned.

My team at work decided to dress as the Stranger Things cast this year. I ordered the Nancy Wheeler costume 3 weeks ago from the site and noticed there was a 5-10 business day turnaround time to receive my order. After 10 business days (about 3 weeks) I noticed the status of my order had not changed and reached out to the company to see when the ETA would be to ensure it would arrive in time for Halloween. After waiting 24 hours for a reply, a representative from the company said my item is out of stock and I would receive a refund within 3-5 business days.

It wasn't sold out 3 weeks ago when I placed the order. When I follow up to see when it will be shipped I'm notified it is out of stock?? Completely unacceptable. This company had 3 WEEKS to advise me my item was not coming. Imagine if I thought shipping was just delayed . Don't waste your time or money on Soco Hoodie

I ordered their most expensive Nun 2 Halloween costume, it cost me $89.44 they shipped me their least expensive costume that they sell for $34.99. They ripped me off for $54.45. I submitted my pictures to Paul from their company and he must not have looked at them because the pictures don’t lie. They refuse to refund the money they stole from me. I don’t feel they deserve the one star I gave them

5 star. I ordered a hoodie set. It was shipped within 7 days and it took 10 days to arrive after it was shipped. Total of 17 days to arrive . It took a while but it came just what I ordered. The size was x-large .. it was a little tight due to the sizes is in china sizes not American. So I would advise to order a few sizes up.

Socohoodie sold me a costume for a party. It took forever to arrive. It was so poorly made. It came all winkled in a bag. I wish I have read this reviews before I used them.

Just terrible and terrible customer service. Never again.

My daughter found a hoodie she liked on this website so I ordered it for her birthday. For $30, the material is so cheap and itchy. It arrived today, which is her birthday, so now she Is out of one of her presents as I don’t even want to give it to her. I could have gotten this hoodie for $10 on shein.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! I really wish I read reviews earlier… I had my mom order me a camo hoodie from SocoHoodies, Similar to the famous “Abercrombie” hoodie and it’s still no show… I was worried and I was telling my mom they had to have scammed us as a little saying of it not being here already IT WAS $30 dollars for that hoodie and they SCAMMED us. My mom was telling me not to look on websites because it could be anything, and now I realize that this website is rigged and a fake. Please never shop here and read reviews before. I’m 16 and disappointed!!! I WANT MY HOODIE. Or the money back.

I would go lower if I could!!! The product is not what they advertise, they charge a fortune in shipping, do not offer full refunds, and they charge you in shipping to CHINA to get a refund. Absolutely don’t purchase from them. Customer service is horrible and products are even worse

I wish I could give them ZERO stars!! This company is absolutely terrible! The sizing is totally off. I ordered an XL and couldn’t get it up my thigh. My sister who is a M tried it on and it was skin tight on her. They will not provide a return shipping label to return. They expect you pay for shipping to China and you choose not to they only offer you 20% refund minus the cost of shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This company is a total scam. They practically stole $50 from me. Do not use them.

Total scam of a website, ordered a costume that showed in stock with a delivery timeline of 2 weeks... product arrived months! later and it was all wrong, I submitted for a refund and after more than 20 emails they just came back indicating that it was not outside the return window! The company is just disingenuous in its practices.

This company is selling cheap dropship goods from China for a sizable markup. My order took 5 weeks to arrive and was very poor quality. Cheap materials, and one leg of the pants was longer than the other. The return experience was difficult with poor customer service. Ultimately I was told I would have to ship the return to China or accept a 20% refund.

Total rip off! I ordered 2 sweatshirts for my 2 children for xmas & paid $20 for "express shipping". 3+ WEEKS later I receive ONE sweatshirt, which was poor quality. Surprisingly, my kids liked the sweatshirt but when I asked to have the 2nd sweatshirt sent that I paid for, Soco Hoodies tells me that I have to send pictures of the packing slip - of course there is no packing slip, so I direct them to my receipt and their tracking number, showing the weight of the package. I receive a computer-generated response, with the same request for pics of the packing slip that never existed - nobody even read my email or tried to give me what I paid for. An endless loop of NOT standing behind their product and ripping off customers. I would never order anything from this company again!
