The product does not work
The product does not perform its primary function (sending/receiving mobile data). Email was jovial but unhelpful. Basically a statement that the person had seen it work.
No information about how to diagnose the problem or where to get additional help (e.g. how to contact the mobile service provider).
The board finds the operator, but making a connection takes forever (longest wait over 30 minutes). Not even an error message.
Pressing the urgency of getting it to work, email conversation stopped.
The product is trash. It was an expensive lesson.

As a relatively small and rapidly expanding company, we are not always able to provide every shipping service possible (such as Sunday or same day shipping). However, we believe our current worldwide, 5-days a week shipping options are able to provide our customers with a fluid and quick shipping experience.

Good board but sub par support and TTN support for NON CAYENNE fans !
Good board, quality and assembly. Documentation is VERY limited specially in terms of TTN onboarding and Payload Decode if NOT CAYENNE. Also no youtube helper. Good tech but not really customer friendly. Could be much better for that price (arduino, seedstudio, pycom, etc.)

Innovative AND robust, a rare combination
Some companies are innovative and rapidly create new products, but then there are small bugs because they didn't test enough.
Other companies are slower and take their time to make sure everything works perfectly.
SODAQ is a rare case, because they are one of the first to produce new products and yet the products also work perfectly. Highly recommend them.

Transport does not work well
Ordered on 10th May 2018 and after 12 days still no idea where it is.
Amazon ships in a couple of days. They need to improve quality of delivery
