They ripped me off with the cilinders…
They ripped me off with the cilinders for 50 euros. They make it as difficult as possible to get your money back for the empty co2 cilinders.
One cylinder turned out not to give off…
One cylinder turned out not to give off the right pressure and bubbles. After e-mail contact with customer service, I was allowed to return the cylinder (free of charge) for evaluation and received a new one. Top service!
I placed an order for an e-terra
I placed an order for an e-terra, a few cylinders and extra bottles.
Upon delivery, one cylinder was missing.
After reaching out to the customer service, the issue was resolved. They send me the cylinder and added in something to make flavored drinks.
Anything can go wrong when placing an order. It’s how the customer service handles these things that shows the value of the brand.
I’m happy with my purchase and the service I received.

This seems to be a revenue model and I wouldn't recommend to buy soda stream cylinders.

Great service
Our adapter was broken and sodastream kindly sent us a new adapter. Nice indeed because finding a new adpater at 24V wasn't easy. Now we can keep using our favorite sodastream drink!

Soda had a malfunction after a year, but i could send it back an quickly got a new one because of the warranty. Good service.
Smooth complaints handling process
My Sodastream machine stopped working. As it was still under warranty I contacted the customer service desk to request a replacement machine. After two failed attempts to send a replacement machine, I lodged a formal complaint. From that moment on, the complaints handling process went very smoothly, attention was paid to the issue and the matter resolved in a short space of time. Many thanks to Lamine for his extra special attention to the matter!
My sodastream was not working anymore…
My sodastream was not working anymore after changing cilinder. Went to the shop but couldnt help. Wrote to sodastream and instantly offered a solution.
I had quite a new Sodastream with glass…
I had quite a new Sodastream with glass bottles - very much by choice. The machine went broke, I contacted SodaStream who advised me to sent it to them (without any cost). Since the old one couldn't be repaired, I had a new one delivered. Unfortunately the old glass bottles and oxygen cilinders weren't compatible with the new machine; but nevertheless I am happy to have sparkling water again on my demand.
Lovely customer support
Funda from their customer support team has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. There were a few issues along the way with having my SodaStream repaired and returned to me but the communication was friendly and helpful and I have a working SodaStream again. Thank you for doing everything you could to help me :-)

great response and handling of my problem. Got an entirely new machine including bottle, gas container and goodie after I'd sent my old machine for repair. Amazing service.
Complete new machine for free
A 4 year old machine began to show defects. I was able to send it in for repair, without incurring expenses. Today a new machine was delivered as the old one couldn't be repaired. This did come as a complete surprise and I am now stuck with bottles and cylinders that don't fit, but I find the gesture very customer friendly.

I was very surprised that received a totally new Sodastream duo on my birthday, delivered 4 days after I send the broken one to the fabric. Very good and kindly serves!
