i’m amazed by their customer service by Erick. Quick in response and made the process so easy when i looked for exchanged . Just took my email conversation enquiring about change in size and ordered on their own . such a hassle free. I’m keen to purchase more from them . Delivery was within expected time frame too for my original order .

I ordered a pair of boots for my kid, but it turned out they were a bit small. I could have returned the boots that were too small, but Erick reached out and told me that although I could return them, shipping them back overseas will be difficult and expensive. He offered 105% store credit in their place and I got a lovely sweater for myself instead. Happy with the result. :)

AWFUL. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I have previously done a review but it has now got worse after trying for weeks/ months to get my refund, they partially refunded my order saying that the customer has to cover the customs charges. Nowhere on their website does it mention this, you already have to pay the shipping costs (which is mentioned online) but from the UK is about £30. Avoid ordering from here!!!!

If I could rate this company no stars at all, I would. I ordered a couple of bags from this website in July 2025. The bags arrived and I was horrified at the cheap metal used on them. The gold was bright yellow and in my opinion this made the bags completely unusable. The bags they showcased online were not at all like the bags actually sent out. I contacted customer service to return the items and it was clear the company did not want to go ahead with the return. They asked me many questions about the reasons why I wanted to return the items and asked me to send them proof that I had not used them. I did all of this and was met with the response that they do not have a return address within Europe and they couldn’t cover the return costs to China… convenient. They told me I could keep the bags and receive a refund of 30% of the purchase price. At this point, I highly doubt I would have even received the 30% so I told them I wanted to return the items and receive 100% refund of the purchase price, like you would with most returns you make… Then I was given 2 options, either return the bags to an address in China and pay the additional shipping costs myself to receive a full refund or receive 105% of the purchase price on store credit. You couldn’t write it honestly. As if i’d want to purchase anything from their company again! I was given the address and made the return and MONTHS went by with no update from the customer service team despite my efforts to get in touch. I did exactly as they told me to, provided a tracking number and provided the courier I sent the parcel with. I eventually heard back from their customer service team at the start of DECEMBER after reaching out again and they told me that my parcel had cleared customs and should be on its way to their warehouse soon. Then heard nothing for another month and I contacted them at the start of JANUARY 2026 and they basically told me they can’t control delays with DPD. I have now received the parcel back at my doorstep with a bounce message label attached as it has been refused/unclaimed by the company. The scam artists who run this ‘company’ are just money grabbers and I feel sorry for anyone who falls victim to this nonsense. The bags are ugly and I’m now £100 down.

Ordered it and kinda forgot about it then boom it arrived. Packaging was nice too not just chucked in a plastic bag. The bag itself is even nicer in person.

The company and customer support (mainly dealt with Erick) were wonderful. The first shipment was not delivered due to the shipping company. The second shipment was delivered with different shipping company and no problems at all. The coat that was ordered is beautiful and will definitely shop with Soera again.

AVOID at all costs.
It took 2 weeks to deliver an appallingly poor quality item which looks similar to the pictures but not the same as advertised. Customer support try to tell you that you can’t return or return to china and take an insurance which costs a lot. Then customer services promises you a refund BUT that never materialises.
Please just contact your bank and open a dispute if you are in UK. I got a refund in 10 mins by my bank. Awful service and low quality products and most certainly not as in the pictures.

Reviews are very important when purchasing online. I looked at the pics of the faux jacket and reviews. I decided to purchased it and received it and it's georgeous! Better then the pics. Great fabric and beautiful. The customer service responded immediately and followed up. Highly recommend this vendor.

I’ve been waiting over two weeks for a fur coat to arrive, and the tracking information hasn’t updated in 14 days. The tracking links I have been sent don’t work and appear to be fake. Every email response I’ve received seems automated, with no real customer support. I would not recommend purchasing from this company, it is clearly a scam.
