This does not even deserve one star I…

This does not even deserve one star I have never dealt with a company more pathetic than this. This is so long and getting here and tracking showed it right by my house two weeks ago, but then it showed it back in Jacksonville Florida across the country a few days after that at this point, it’s supposedly a sitting in Cleveland, Ohio since January 1 and I’m 15 minutes from Cleveland. Customer service is not of any help they give you obsolete information. This is a scam and a fraudulent company do not do business with them.

Amazing customer service delivered by Erika

I make a lot of online purchases and in far too many instances, the level of customer service support offered is abysmal. That is absolutely NOT the case with Soera and everything about the service I received was fantastic. I placed an order, then reached out because I realized I had misordered the wrong color item, Erika quickly responded and updated the order, changing the color and making my life infinitely easier. The service was fast, enjoyable, and made me a customer who is sure to return. Thanks Erika!!!

Scam, don’t purchase anything from them

This website is a scam. Their products come from China even though the website looks like a US business. There is no way to return anything unless you want to pay $70 to return something yourself. Contacted the company and received slow responses with no solutions. The description and picture of the clothes is not what is actually sent and the quality is extremely poor, thin and cheap.

I have been having the same issue most…

I have been having the same issue most of the recent reviews have. I placed my order weeks ago only to receive a fake tracking number and the same automatic email response to all my numerous emails about my order. To make this worse they sent me an email about a week ago asking me to review the item I purchased. Is this a joke? How am I suppose to review a product that I haven’t received over a month after ordering! Now I have to do a fraud claim with my bank. I wish I would of reviewed this website before purchasing this item. AVOID SOERA LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. This site is a complete SCAM. I was foolish enough not to quickly online the legitimacy of this site and ordered an item to arrive before Christmas. I got the confirmation email the next day stating it had shipped. The tracking number provided showed the item was shipped. It’s been almost 5 weeks now and I haven’t received the item. The tracking number only shows the item as “shipped” with no further updates. I am a 100% sure the tracking number is fake.

I reached out to them several times and it’s a automated system, which always gives you the same response. I will now have to start a. Fraud claim through my credit card to get my money back.

STAY AWAY AND DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

This place is a scam

This place is a scam. Quality is terrible and did not match the photos. For returns you have to send to China which is never stated on their website. It would cost almost what I paid for the item to return it.

Misleading store, refund not returned

My experience with soera.com has been extremely negative.
The items I received were poor quality and clearly did not correspond to the photos on the website. The appearance, materials, and overall workmanship were far below what was advertised. In my opinion, the product presentation is misleading.
I returned the order as instructed. The return address turned out to be in China, and the return shipping alone cost me around 10% of the total order value. Even after sending the items back and providing clear proof of return (receipt and tracking number), no refund has been issued.
Instead of refunding the money, the company keeps delaying the process, sending repetitive responses and asking for information that was already provided multiple times. This feels like a deliberate attempt to drag out the process and discourage customers from pursuing their refund.
Based on this experience, I strongly advise against buying anything from this store. Low-quality products, misleading photos, expensive international returns, and serious problems getting your money back.

I highly recommend this company/brand

I highly recommend this company/brand. I purchased a bag and then decided I’d prefer another colour instead. The customer service and communication were fantastic. Kristina went above and beyond to help me and now the new bag has been ordered. The quality of the bag was excellent and exactly as described on the website. I’ll definitely order from this company again. I must say the customer service was outstanding and staff like Kristina are an asset to the brand!

Scam company !!!!!!!! Do not buy!!!!!!!

The Reese Coat in black was a look a like (Ducie sheepskin fur coat) however what I wanted does not match at all. This is a complete scam, I would report them immediately, I have received a full refund waited nearly a month. The experience has been terrible. I wouldn’t rate them one star if I could, they are charging customers €139.00 reduced down to €89.00 wouldn’t even pay that much for the coat I received it’s something you’d buy in market if I could show photos I would!! People be aware this company they lied to me about been based in Germany Spain and Portugal when it’s actually from china. Report report report. !!!! Brand label wild thing 69 when it should be soera XL measurements completely off, for that over sized fit, colour and faux fur texture is disgraceful, short hair looks like it shrunk in the washing machine honestly please do not waste your money on them if more customers can report this brand this is absolutely false ratings on there website and TikTok and instagram, please understand my review & proceed with caution.
