It was an amazing experience. I had gone to look at this sofa bed in a store. I loved it, but they said it would take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. I found the exact same sofa bed on your site and it was delivered in less than three weeks. And, it was hundreds of dollars less. Your delivery was perfect. The guys were professional and helpful. As I said AMAZING!

What a beautiful leather sofa! I had a great experience Sofabed from ordering my sofá through delivery. I had ordered the same sofa for a lower price and free delivery from Wayfair, but I cancelled my order due to being stood up twice for delivery over a period of 10 days. Then I found the same sofa on Sofabed.com and found that Sofabed offers excellent customer service with contact in real-time with dedicated staff to make sure my order would be tracked and delivered when promised. Even though the sofa cost more and I paid for delivery it was well worth it; you get what you pay for!

Sofabed.com was always responsive when I had questions. The couch was as described. The seat is a little firm but that’s better than too soft. The fabric is soft. The delivery was quick, just 2 weeks. The delivery was excellent and they placed the item in our RV as we requested and took away the boxes. We haven’t used the bed yet. I’ll come back and update after we use the couch and bed for a while.

I wanted to use my own unique financing and the sofabed team made it an easy and smooth process. I was really impressed with the text communication that allowed me to track my delivery at every point from New York to Washington DC. The delivery team communicated with me every step of the way. They made sure the delivery date worked with my hectic schedule. My two delivery men were equally communicative and professional, taking great care of the very well packaged sectional sofa and setup in my home. They made sure to check for any damages and removed all the packing materials from my home. The sectional sofa is of superior quality and craftsmanship. It looks and feels amazing. I highly recommend sofabed to anyone looking for great quality products and superior service.

The couch is amazing and I’m glad to have gone with sofabed.com, however, the delivery was subpar. We were supposed to have full furniture assembly, but the delivery men failed to read the instructions and believed it could not be assembled. They left while the item was still in pieces, saying “sorry, we’re late for other deliveries”. I assembled the entire thing myself after they left and it’s all great now, but I would have preferred this to be done by the people I paid to do it. The product is great, but they should use other delivery people.

I ordered a luonto couch from sofa bed and was delivery just 3 weeks later , I never expected such a quick turn around! Company was great at communicating with me and giving me very frequent updates!

I found what I was looking for — a comfortable, stylish sleeper to fit a small space — on Sofabed.com after looking many other places and not finding it. The price was acceptable. Delivery was not too far out and flexible enough to fit our travel schedule. Assembly was included. All around great experience.

This was my first time ordering furniture online. It was easy . I also called customer service, to ask for a discount for disabled Veteran. They were very gracious. Gave me free shipping, and white glove service. Also gave me 400.00 off the price. Wow! Because of that I ordered two recliners too.

I bought a Luonto sofabed with a fabric protection warranty. The fabric stained. I filed a warranty claim. They came to clean it and it did not clean. This has been going on for about a year and there is no resolution. It's still stained. They keep telling me to wait because they are looking into it. RIPOFF!!!

Our Sectional Sofa is sensational. All our friends now think our Living Room is magazine worthy. The seating height of 19” is so much more comfortable than typical sectionals which are so low it is difficult to get out of.

Easy ordering, professional delivery. About 4-week lead time to delivery. The process couldn't be easier.

Communication was minimal - receipts looked bit strange (no real information). Delivery was faster than expected but white glove it was not!!!! I wanted this sofa bed in a bedroom. The door is standard in size but sofa was too big. Door had to removed by my husband. Door frame damaged. You might say that’s not the delivery guys fault but they didn’t seem to have a clue what to do without my husband’s help. The sofa feet go on after it’s in the room. One foot had no screw insert (that equals no quality assurance) so we had to run around and find our own screw. By the way this is a Ashley brand sofa. I thought I was getting something better. Slick advertising.
