Company has fantastic customer service
I have used Sofab once before through their ebay store and the experience was amazing, going through the website just established how great they are. I completed my order without issue but there was an issue with delivery, I contacted the team and had a friendly helpful response promptly from Lily. I was given options available and when I asked if an alternative was available she managed to get it sorted for me quickly and without problem. I had a tracking number without asking and in a short time it was all resolved.
What an amazing company in terms of customer service and efficiency, Lily is a credit to an all around amazing team. Will be using again for sure, always browsing for my teams items.

Thank you for your feedback and I'm very sorry again for this.
As explained through our emails we're very confused what has happened to your order as the scissors you sent in the image don't belong to us. At the time your email initially came through I checked with our distribution team and the scissors didn't come from them. They also confirmed that this wouldn't have been possible, they're very careful when packaging all customers orders.
Due to them not coming from us, we can only assume the scissors were from Royal Mail, and I have contacted them directly regarding this. As soon as I get a response I will let you know.

Ordered a t-shirt off there store on whatnot, it was in very poor condition white marks all over even though it was new. Had to get the refund through whatnot. They make out your getting a great deal. Absolute joke of a seller, will never buy from these AGAIN. AVOID!!

I've shopped with Sofab Sports a couple of times, grabbing cut price Valentino Rossi gear - a hoodie and then T-shirts - which are hardly ever discounted!
