Excellent product. Excellent service throughout. The team in Chorley are amazing. Dealing with our delivery with flexibility to allow our flooring to be fitted before furniture arrived. Everyone who has seen the sofa and chair love them and the beautiful Ocean colour is such a lovely change.

Ordering was straightforward and the delivery times were as promised.

Had an issue with the delivery partners used by Sofah (not wanting to bring sofa into room of choice (ground floor, with no access issues) and not unpacking the items for inspection and removing packaging, as per the advertised service), but to Sofah's credit, they could not have been more helpful in responding to my complaint on this, and refunding the delivery charge.

The sofa and armchair are just as nice as the images on the website, and are well made and comfortable.

The only suggestion I would have is that it would be nice if the delivery team offered to remove the packaging after delivery, but apart from that very friendly delivery team.

Sofas and Service are fantastic!

We had originally bought sofas from another store, after they failed to deliver both sofas we decided to take a risk and buy 2 Josie sofas.

They arrived in 4 weeks, and are very comfortable with a firm feel. We're very happy with what we've got and the very easy and quick process.

An otherwise tricky task of buying a new sofa during a pandemic was made easy by excellent service from Sammy and Sarah, great customer reviews here on Trustpilot plus free sample material swatches, delivered quickly, helped us to choose the ideal colour. Ultimately, we took a gamble buying without actually seeing an example in the showroom but Sammy very kindly sent us short video clips of the sofa in the colours and sizes we were considering to get as close to a 'real-feel' as possible which really helped us make our final decision to make a purchase. We now have our new Archie 3 Seater sofa in "Ocean" and it really is fantastic. Superb quality finish, sturdy build, very comfortable and the colour is stunning. We're a bit limited on room space but I'm hoping I can convince the missus to get the matching banquette as well. :o)

We ordered our sofa just after Xmas and had it delivered by a brilliant courier a month later. Great!
We like it very much and certainly don’t regret buying it although, comfort-wise and as regards the quality of the fabric (a grey velours type), it’s fine but no more.

Haven’t received my sofa yet, but ordering online was nice and easy. The fabric samples arrived quickly and Sammy answered my email query promptly. Hopefully the sofa will be as good as the customer service!

I purchased a Josie 3 seater, a banquette and snuggler. I am very impressed with the quality of the craftsmanship. The tweed fabric looks good quality and it is pleasing to have supported a British business. I was looking for a Loaf style sofa without the price tag.

One suggestion for future would be for Sofah to provide little floor protector stickers. Unfortunately, the sofa made a mark on my parquet. It would cost very little - a few pence per sofa - but would be a nice touch.

We are absolutely delighted with our two Josie sofas. They are well made and so comfortable. The service and delivery have been excellent. We will definitely buy from you again in the future.

Order placed between Xmas and New year. Got a confirmation straight away letting us know order received but won't be processed until staff return on 4th of Jan. Expected to wait 8-12 weeks got text from courier about a week ago to arrange convenient day for delivery. Delivery arrived today 28th as arranged just 4 weeks after order placed. Courier kept us informed emailed a 2 hr time slot day before then rang 20 mins before so I could meet them at home. Very good service super efficient and love our new sofa many thanks to all involved very happy customer

The sofa is comfortable, well finished and in a lovely colour and material. It was delivered to the time schedule stated and with efficient service from the delivery company. So far (two weeks) I am very pleased with the product and have no hesitation in recommending.

Very helpful. very pleased .Although I had to order twice. I ordered wrong shape ie.left hand sofa. my daughter benefited from this as I had to order again in right hand .I picked a different fabric to one advertised so couldn't swap as it was bespoke which I fully understand .We both love our sofa

Loved getting the samples. Communication and ordering easy. Base covering was damaged during transit but they are sending some to replace it. Very pleased with the qualitycomfort and look of our sofahs.
