I have just been scammed from this company or the person whoever contacted me. £118 taken from my bank when I was just selling my sofas to get some extra money in. Absolutely apppalled and devastated. Absolute FRAUD , stay away!!! I have reported this to my bank.

Sofa was very well protected during transit and carefully delivered and unwrapped and assembled.

Such a great service
Such a great service! I have been looking for a second hand sofa for a while but couldn't find one I liked. Then I found sofalistic. Managed to find a beautiful sofa - perfect for the decor of the room but without having to spend a fortune. Delivery was exactly as stated - within the dates I'd requested and with a call to let me know the delivery window. The sofa came wrapped up and well-cared-for and the delivery guys brought it to the room, set it up and took all the packaging away. I am very pleased with the service and with the sofa itself - it looks as if new!

Really easy process from start to finish. Sofa is absolutely fantastic, looks like new at a fraction of the cost. Exactly as described. Organising the delivery was easy and the delivery team kept us updated as to arrival time, put it where we wanted it and were really friendly. Had a great experience using sofalistic. The sofa itself was in brilliant condition and exactly as described.
After purchasing the sofa, we chose a delivery window. We received an email confirming the sofa had been collected from the seller, and a few days later had a phone call organising a delivery day. The sofa was delivered right on time. The delivery drivers put the sofas where we wanted them and unpacked them for us.
Overall brilliant service. Really happy with our new sofa, and for a great price too.

The sofa I received was in great shape and the delivery very convenient, although quite expensive.
It's a great service overall but I am a bit baffled by a couple things.
Supposedly, they should have arranged the parking themselves, but apparently they didn't, so the delivery and assembly of my sofa was a bit rushed because the drivers were afraid to get a ticket.
Also, I was notified that the delivery time would be between 2-5pm, but on the day they came at 11:30.

The process it's self was straight forward enough - timelines were a little over estimated but when I queried I always got a reply. Delivery was good in the end but they almost refused to deliver as had to deliver through the back.of my property however I pointed out I paid a large delivery fee for this item and this was hardly an issue. Once that was over come they were in and out within about 15 minutes. The gentleman themselves were not rude or unpleasant just a bit "that a bit of effort" and I don't want do that attitude. Overall I am satisfied
Sofalistic Terrible Support Experience
Summary of the below: Sofalistic don't communicate, they over-promise, and they under-deliver. Simply put, do not expect good service from them or their sister companies.
Placed an order with Sofalistic, paid over one hundred pounds for delivery.
The order arrived late, and missing the feet and power packs for the two items in my order. It was shipped via their sister company in the DFS group the Sofa Delivery Company.
The two nice delivery chaps noted the missing parts, made note of it on their receipt of delivery and called it in to get replacements sent out next day. I was promised that someone would call me to let me know when the delivery was an hour out, none came.
I chased it through an extremely convoluted and unhelpful support process, and was told someone would call me back by end of day yesterday or latest first thing this morning. Yet again, no calls came.
The ordering process was fine but not shipping all of the parts and then this atrocious customer support experience is frankly a disgrace.
Be careful – the sofa I received was completely different
I had a very bad experience with this company.
I originally saw a sofa advertised as a John Lewis sofa for £450. In the photos it looked beautiful – an off-white fluffy fabric with a very nice textile finish. It looked amazing in the pictures.
After some time, my order was cancelled. Then they contacted me on WhatsApp and said there had been a problem on the website and that I would receive a refund, but that they could still sell the sofa to me.
On the delivery day, the delivery time slot was between 11am and 5pm, but the driver arrived around 9:30–10pm. It was already dark outside. When they opened the van, it was full of different sofas and the driver just took one out.
Because it was dark, I had to use the flash on my phone. Even then I could see that the colour was completely different. Instead of the white textile sofa shown in the photos, it was a very basic beige velvet sofa.
They then called a manager to offer a lower price. The first manager refused to reduce the price. Then another manager called and reduced the price to £300.
When they brought the sofa into the flat and I removed the packaging, I was extremely disappointed. It is a very basic L-shaped sofa made from two different pieces. One side is different from the other, so it is impossible to buy a proper cover. The cushions are not soft, the sofa is uneven and poorly made, and the size is smaller than it should be.
After this, a manager called me and said everything would be resolved and that someone would contact me. However, the next day nobody replied and nothing was done.
I am very disappointed that this happened. Please be careful when dealing with this company and make sure you check the sofa carefully before accepting delivery.
After reading the company’s reply, I want to clarify an important point.
My order was first officially cancelled, and shortly afterwards I was contacted by people claiming to represent Sofalistic. They already had details about the sofa and the order, which made the communication appear legitimate.

What concerns me is that I can still see the same phone number listed under several sofa advertisements on the platform, including listings for John Lewis sofas. Because of this, it was very difficult for me to understand that the communication might not have been official.
For this reason, I would encourage Sofalistic to investigate these listings so other customers do not experience the same situation.

Customer service is not great/Expect long wait times and to be kept out the loop!!
I ordered a sofa on 11 February and it was collected on 19 February. I was told delivery would be arranged within 72 hours, then told five days in conflicting email alerts, but neither happened. After a week with no update, customer service initially responded unhelpfully before acknowledging the delay and contacting the delivery company.
The delivery company explained they’re dealing with a backlog and that the information in the emails is outdated. They said I’d hear back by the weekend, but 11 days later I still have no delivery date.
The whole process has been slow, inconsistent, and poorly communicated and not worth the £129 delivery cost in my opinion. I chose pre‑loved to avoid long wait times, yet I’m now facing exactly that. Not impressed.
Updated 9 March : delivery men did an exceptional job. Both friendly and attentive an cannot fault them at all. The soda however doesn’t match the description on the website and I feel that old pictures may have been used in the advertisement when the sofa was newer. It has arrived smelly dirty and with extensive bobbling. I have raised a dispute with sofalistic and await response.
