The item was well described, in great condition when received and the delivery team were helpful in terms of getting the sofa set up in the chosen room.

My only slight grumble would be the time between placing the order and receiving the item.

I’d not heard of Sofalistic before - a friend of mine recommended it and I was dubious at first. But after browsing, the range, descriptions and quality of sofas really impressed me. I took my time deciding which one I wanted, and their excellent messaging service meant that I could ask as many questions as necessary to ensure I was happy to purchase. I found a v good sofa, in excellent condition and barely used for 1/3 price of it new. After I bought it I found the delivery process v easy. The sofa arrived exactly on time and they delivered it to the room and constructed it in minutes. I can’t fault the entire Sofalistic service! Thank you.

I really can't recommend this company. I bought a sofa for £500. Was told it would be delivered by end of January. This did not happen and I had to chase at every stage to try and get a resolution. The sofa delivery company they work with are very poor, the person I spoke to interrupted me constantly. It was finally delivered on the 11th of February but the sofa is sagging significantly and has marks. I have raised this issue with Sofalistic and they have refunded me the delivery costs and a further £129 for the inconvenience caused however even with these amounts of money it was not worth the hassle and stress. I would recommend going elsewhere as their customer service is not there.

Our sofas got sold nearly 2 weeks ago, they got collected 5 days ago and we haven't heard from the company at all, now on the 12th of March and still no communication.

I wasn't sure about this site at first, but the Trustpilot reviews convinced me. We sold our sofa and ottoman in just a couple of weeks with Sofalistic, after unsuccessful attempts on all the other well known marketplaces. The experience couldn't have been easier or more convenient. The professional pickup and delivery service, combined with the electronic transfer of payment between buyer and seller, make Sofalistic a no-brainer. I've recommended to several friends already.

The process of buying a second hand sofa was straightforward, the delivery guys were very courteous and helpful when delivering the sofa, all that was 5 star. I have given three stars because the 'tan leather sofa costing over £2k when new' was obviously faux leather, which was a disappointment. I accepted the buyers description, the photos made it look good, but I was caught out. I would suggest you ask all the relevant questions before committing and save the dialogue just in case you need to make a claim.

Impossible to get hold of once your order falls outside of the normal system. No one answers the phone and when I raised a dispute, the initial mail was responded to with a standard response and we have had no further responses since despite mailing and calling every day.

Really impressed. Sold my sofa quickly and other than a slight delay in my collection time on the day (had excellent communication from the team so I was aware), everything went really smoothly and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again. I’m so pleased I found this site, it is a great concept and well executed.

It was very easy to list the furniture.
A suitable collection date was given and the driver arrived within the time zone and they securely packaged it up in the van.
We where notified how much of the selling price we would recieve if sold and we were very pleasantly supprised considering all the work was done for us.
It was sold, and we were paid out when the buyer had received the items and was satisfied.
We ARE using Soferlistic again.

I sold my sofa through Sofalistic and the collection process was smooth. The item was collected on 28 January and delivered to the buyer on 12 February.

At the time of writing my initial review, I had not received confirmation of delivery completion or a clear payment release date, and communication felt limited.

Update: Payment has now been received and the transaction has been completed successfully. While clearer and more proactive communication around payment timelines would have been appreciated, I thank the team for resolving the matter.

I ordered a sofa on 1st of Feb, I was informed it was collected on 9th of Feb and I would hear about a delivery date within 48 hours. It is now 13th of Feb and I have still had no contact from the service about the sofa. I have raised two tickets and had no response.

It is frustrating to not have any communication, or any phone number to contact. I'm currently a lot of money out of pocket and so far have no update if or when I will recieve the sofa I bought almost two weeks ago.
