Failed to deliver my black swivel cuddle chair for the second time today they say it’s been dispatched but it never turns up they don’t answer emails or the phone worst company and customer service ever AVOID I placed an order in July to be delivered in September it didn’t turn up said had been dispatched they didn’t deliver it so I had to reorder in September to be delivered today said it’s dispatched then told it won’t be delivered today as they have no stock till at least middle of Nov so why let me order and pay and why lie and say it’s been dispatched from your warehouse? Do not recommend this company at all be aware as they sell on Amazon and EBay too.

First of all the service and communication was first class the sofa I purchased was absolutely stunning and well made so it’s a 10/10 from me 😂😂

I have bought a wardrobe from them which is not being fixed.
I massaged them but they are not responding

I have tried through various channels to contact this company with regard to pre sales question with no response at all. If you can’t even contact them to buy I doubt their after sales, if required, would be any easier to contact. Sadly I’ll have to give it a miss.

I bought a sofa a few months ago online from this company. Within 14 days of purchase I notified them that I am not happy with the sofa as it leave a dent where you sit and does not recover. They said they will send someone to come and assess. After chasing after them asking when the inspector will come; he finally came to my house. He agreed and took pics to show. He said they will come and fill it more. Another month or so passed and I heard nothing from them. I contacted them again; only to be told that there is nothing wrong with my sofa and I must get an independent report. The guy I spoke to asked if I work from my sofa? Does this mean we cannot sit for long periods of time on the sofa?
