Ordered a sofa start of oct asked would…

Ordered a sofa start of oct asked would it arrive before xmas was promised it would probably last week in nov first week in dec an this was by the manager in craigavon no sign of it by start of dec so phoned store was told middle of dec went over 18th dec and was told it wont be coming to after xmas even though I informed them at the start I was going on holiday in jan thats why I needed it delivered before xmas and I have already paid for it stil havent got a date customer care is woeful never again

Invisible customer service

Shocking customer service, we have left numerous messages. When we do get through they lie about visits. Terrible company.

Non existent customer service

I along with my sister have been attempting to get in touch with sofatime regarding an outstanding credit note that they owe to our elderly mother. We have sent emails and left answer message calls to their customer services phone number. This has covered a two week period and still no response. We have also previously been back to the shop where the bed was purchased but they direct us to the company email/telephone number. The customer service number is going straight to answer service despite phoning within the advertised opening hours

Edit. As noted in the reply from Sofatime they eventually got back in touch and sorted for issue which is appeciated despite the hassle we had to go through.

Lizzie was amazing

Lizzie was amazing, it was an emergency sofa to replace a broken one in time for Christmas, very informative and on hand with delivery details. Definitely will be back!

Great customer service

Just purchased our new sofa from the Coleraine store with the help of the salesman Tony. He took his time to go over every detail and took into consideration what we were really looking for. Tony and the other staff made our visit to the store really welcoming, it was a pleasure to purchase from them and we would highly recommend this store.

Sofatime Derry Store

We were recently in the Derry store where Dan helped us pick a corner sofa to suit our space. We were struggling to find a comfortable sofa we both loved especially with the tight dimensions we were working with. Dan was really patient and helpful, measuring the sofas we liked, and we love the one we ended up buying.
