Gary Keenan met us as we entered the shop and explained how he could help us. He then left us to wander round and narrow down our choice of suites. When required he offered us advice and we came away the proud owners of a new suite.

Excellent service from Jamie at the Doncaster branch..... I really wasn't in the mood to sofa shop on a Sunday morning (heavy night the night before :-)) but Jamie was extremely helpful and not too intense or pushy- he had the right, informative, intelligent balance which I feel other people could learn from. I never felt under pressure to purchase anything and he was very articulate and I did purchase within store. Excellent customer service and he's a credit to the company and the Doncaster branch.

This was the 3rd visit to this store ,awe went to place a order , for 2chairs and a sofa what a pleasure it was. Nothing to Mutch trouble for our salesperson Chris Ross who took time to make we chose the correct quality of leather.

Just purchased my sofa from SofaWorks Rotherham. We origionaly visited yesterday however I wanted to look round other shops before committing. After being pounced on in every other store (different company's) we returned to Sofaworks as we felt comfortable. Matt remembered us from yesterday and built a great rapport. Explained everything we needed to know and made sure we was happy and understood everything we needed to know. Felt really comfortable and would definitely reccomend this company, especially this store and most certainly this staff member! Thank you!

Purchased 2 sofas from the illusion range at Sofaworks Rotherham. Matt Parks was absolutely amazing, so patient as I took forever to decide which sofa to buy. Matt was really informative and helpful and ensured that we were aware of all of our options.

I have recently ordered a stunning leather sofa from the crewe branch. I called in for a browse sat 22nd August and again on the Sunday to place my order. Amy was very helpful and genuine , she was very patient as I had my daughter with me too. Amy made me feel comfortable and she was down to earth, friendly, which made all the difference during my visit, thanks Amy!!

Excellent experience buying a suite at the Doncaster branch. We were greeted by the manager while we were walking around the store who introduced himself and said to let him know if we needed any help then we were left to browse without any hassle. When we found the suite we wanted Chris the manager introduced us to Jamie who assisted us through our purchase and explained everything clearly, you couldn't ask for a more friendly staff whether you were buying or not you were treated the same. While completing our sale we were entered into a prize draw and were lucky enough to win £500 off our purchase which was an added bonus. We couldn't tell who was more excited us or the staff because it's the first time the Doncaster branch have had a winner. We were congratulated by everyone in the store and made to feel like celebrities, Thank you Jamie, Chris and all the staff at sofa works Doncaster for making our purchase a great experience and look forward to the arrival of our suite John & Pam Power.

Great service at this store from all staff. They introduce themselves then leave you to browse the store which was great, no hassle. The sales man Paul was very helpful, polite and honest. He helped us with our purchase and gave us all the information we needed. We can't wait for the delivery of our new furniture.

I just wanted to comment on the great service we received from Liam at the Crewe branch of Sofaworks. We only went in to quickly browse for a new leather sofa as our cats have destroyed our old one. Liam was exceptionally helpful and not pushy allowing us time to browse and then approach him when we were ready with our questions. He was very knowledgeable and was able to give us the recommendations we were looking for, even though the sofa we ordered wasn't in the showroom he was able to show us a similar design so we could get an idea of size and comfort. Placing the order was quick and easy due to Liam's efficiency and straightforward explanation of what the process would be, what was included in the service, sofa care products etc and during this whole time he was keeping my 2 sons entertained too. We've not received our sofa yet (due end of Oct) but if the delivery and placement of the sofa is as smooth as the purchase then I'll be extremely happy. Thanks again to Liam you were brilliant!

We have just been shopping at Sofaworks, with my aunty who is very nervous, and she was made to feel very much at ease by Abi who made us feel very welcome. She introduced herself to us, then left us alone till we needed her help. Which we were grateful for because we didnt feel under pressure. Thankyou Abi.

My husband and I went into the Sofaworks in Crewe Cheshire on 21 June 2015. The lady who helped chose the right sofa for our family needs is called Amy, she was friendly and VERY patient with our 2 young daughters ( the eldest of the 2 was born with Down's syndrome ) The sales rep Amy was very respectful, cheerful, helpful.

Went to visit the Cannock branch this afternoon, we had no hassle looking round and tried most if not all of the sofas there! We were looked after by Timon, and have to say he was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, we didn't feel rushed, and he double checked everything on our order to make sure we had everything we wanted. We have been looking for over a year to find the 'right' sofa and have finally found it! Thank you Timon for making it a very enjoyable experience, he is a credit to your company and we wish him all the best for his future career. Can't wait for the sofa now!!!

I went in to purchase some sofa's. The staff told me to make myself at home and Abi made us a cup of tea and then left us to it. We had the odd questions which were dealt with straight away and then we were left to carry on browsing. Abi was very helpful and knowlegable about the suite we chose. We tried them all! then went back to the first two, I couldn't decide but we weren't pressured into anything. I left having puchased 2 sofa's an armchair and a footstool. I will return, for my next purchase.

I found my overall ordering service with Sofaworks excellent only once the order was received and I needed additional support for missing parts was where the disappointment came. Trying to get through to Customer support after receipt of goods is near on impossible with holding up to 20 minutes & staff who didn't appear to help!!
Finally after much frustration my call was answered by Michael Hardy who I can only say was absolutely excellent. He listened to my query, understood it and went above and beyond to sort my issues out whilst keeping me informed of progress at all times. This is the best customer service I have received from any company not just Sofa works. He definitely needs rewarding!! Many thanks Michael.

Just to say that i recived first class service with a smile from Adrian the Doncaster store manager and Jamie the sales assistant. it was a refreshing change to have honest open discussion on the range of products nothing was to much trouble.
